Had a Patio Cover put on 5 years ago. Now I need a gutter repair done and they say its not under warranty so they wont fix any problems. Be careful if you need repairs on their products

I would give zero stars if I could. Did the siding and gutters on my house. The siding is terrible, they did not even nail the siding down and it's literally falling down. They put gutters on that are too small and improperly installed them way below the roof line, instead of flush, so the gutters do not catch any water. Instead, the water leaks behind the improperly installed siding. Company says they don't repair anything they improperly installed, they only warrant against defects in the materials. Too bad the law says otherwise and this company is just asking for a lawsuit. I'm sure it will be one of many lawsuits that have been filed against this terrible company. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Even if you get a 5 year old to do the work, it'll be better than what these guys are capable of .

I should have submitted this review awhile ago but was too lazy. I am now referring a friend and I read some of the reviews with shock. We did not experience anything negative. We love our Sunscape Room. The quality of the construction and the service we received was excellent. Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable about Sunscape. He kept us apprised of the building updates. We are now several years in to our beautiful room and will regret leaving it behind if we ever sell the house to move.

this company came out for a small roof repair that they made worse and was leaking more than ever the next day. I called them back and the guy told me it wasn't fixed right and he would be back at the end of the week. He did not come back until 16 days later with me leaving messages at the office and Chris cell phone. Now i have ceiling damage that they refuse to fix saying it is not their responsibility to fix damage that was done from them leaving their repair leak for 16 days. This was the worst experience i ever had with a contractor.

Great company to deal with. They did my deck area and was beautiful and nice looking everyone admired the work when seeing it. No games, better value.
