Shady business practice got quote for four rotors and four brakes, receive two rotors and four brakes. they never bothered to call me to inform me that my rotors were special, they never told me that they are not putting on new rotors they never told me a word about it. Invoice seem to be the same as quoted but then I had a flat tire a few days later and discovered I didn't get new rotors when I called to inform them about it they claim to have resurfaced the front rotors they certainly don't look resurfaced apparently same price as new? No adjustments just excuses

Several years ago, I took a classic (mid 80s) car here for an alignment, was told I had somehow installed my new struts incorrectly (what?) and they'd have to charge me extra to fix that, and then that they couldn't let me leave because it was unsafe to drive (I had driven it there), and I finally left with no alignment and a broken window mechanism after the mechanic slammed my driver's door.I'll never take anything to this shop again.

Did a great job on my Nissan Maxima had many problems they fixed. Rear wheel bearings, calipers,break pads,rotors. Also replaced front control arms and installed new tires with alignment. Great job take your vehicle there for good service. Thanks Carl and your crew.

My 2014 Audi A6 had what I thought was a grinding wheel bearing. Brought it in, and had it diagnosed as such. Carl called me very shortly after I dropped my car off to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. Got my car done a LOT faster than the dealership told me they could get it done. Everybody else wanted to hold my car for almost a week. Carl had it in and out in no time. Ended up needing another wheel bearing shortly after, and had the same experience. I brought my truck in with a timing issue and was told it would be looked at with in a week or two, took almost 3 months before they finally pulled the truck in. They pulled the oil pan like requested and told me that a main bearing spun (would need a motor replacement) they quoted me 8k for the new motor and replacement, I told them that 8k was out of my price range and that I would pick the truck up and I would pay for their time. when asking about the labor times and cost of the work they said he first said 3 hours (probably 400ish in labor) then when he sent me a new quote he told me he had 7 hours in labor. Which was udder BS because all he did was pull the front axles out and drop the oil pan and didn't even put it back on. Upon taking it to another reputable shop I was shown that the main bearings had no bluing and the bearings were perfectly fine. A vct valve had failed (the entire reason why I brought the truck to freys). They tried to upsell me on a motor that I didn't need, I'm disappointed because I had 3 separate references to freys and was told they did fabulous work but after it sitting 3 months, calling me at 12pm at night to give me a quote I already had then lying about labor time I'm baffled. I understand they could have misdiagnosed the motor but they couldnt provide photos of the damage or get back to me when I would call multiple times I had it and took my truck to a shop local to me. I had the truck towed over an hour and a half only to be toyed around. They are very knowledgeable at freys but they definitely tried to play me a fool.

Once again Frey's has taken awesome care of me. My car was making a noise, I called them and they said come on up! I ran up there in a panic and Carl stopped with he was doing to come out and look at my car and knew what was wrong in an instant. He even gave me a hug to make me feel better and told me not to worry they would help us out. His wife is super awesome and she looked up the price for the part and when I brought my car back and she ALWAYS puts up with the million calls i make after I leave with questions! They had it done in less than a day. I can't say enough good things about these guy! Really good people - they take good care of their customers and always make you feel like family.

Putting a vinyl hood decal on my new car was all I needed and we called and stopped to be sure they were comfortable with the job. I received no phone call they were having problems on the day of installation, I called to make sure it was done, no indication that there was any problem with the installation. When I arrived, there was a large wrinkle in the decal and several bubbles. And although this was pointed out by the owner, he tried to explain the wrinkle away by saying that my new car with just over 2000 miles had several scratches in that spot and that is what caused the wrinkle. Steer clear of this business, their communication is lousy, the owner was dishonest (my hood did NOT have scratches) and their skills were dissatisfactory. All he had to do was be honest up front and they would have received a better review, people make mistakes, I get that, but to try to hide the mistake by being dishonest is no way to run a business.

Horrible place. The owner carl will rip anyone off as fast as he can. Hope this place runs into the ground.. I sent my van there and he charged me $900 to fix it.i got 2 miles down the rd n had to get it towed back. For a year he kept saying that it wasnt done yet.. Then i find out he sold my van n said i abandoned it.

Wife used their service for an alignment. Wasn’t done correctly. They were very rude when speaking to her. Also I suspected sabotage because upon inspected our vehicle I discovered a newly installed(by me)rear sway bar link hanging off.
