This has been an incredibly bad experience. I was trying to get final quotes and details sorted out when I received a bill. I've never been billed for any home improvement project BEFORE a project was completed, let alone before final prices were determined. I tried to work this out with the sales rep who was not very responsive. Trying to get the right person to talk to with the credit line took over half an hour, many transfers to wrong departments, and being hung up on several times. Total headache, don't bother.
