We absolutely love our deck!!Hutcherson construction was A1 from beginning to end!! From Monica and Lauren, To Dylan and Trevor, and his team, And Tim, who gave us great ideas which we went with, and our deck turned out beautifully!!We had a little problem with the material, which was no fault of Hutcherson. The owner Nick came out and his main concern was our satisfaction!! He made everything perfect!!It’s really hard nowadays to find a company that is this professional and easy to work with through and through!! Everything was done in a timely fashion, The estimate was right on , the work was top-notch. This company has outstanding people.!! I highly recommend them!!

Working with Hutcherson was a great experience to replace our 30 year old siding. Every member of their team from office to installer was professional and committed to making sure we were completely satisfied. Seth, the site manager, was a pleasure to work with, made great suggestions and always responded positively to any change requests. The site was thoroughly cleaned up upon completion and 6 months later we received a call to make sure there were no issues. We have recommended Hutcherson to friends and hope to use them to do our deck in the future.

This company was easy to work with from start to finish.Matt was very professional and polite. He listened and asked questions to provide cost effective recommendations for our siding project.Laura communicated well throughout the whole process. She was available every step of the way.Austin, Cliff, and Ivan were amazing! They did such a beautiful job. Cliff explained things very well. All three were polite and patient (as I added more requests to the job). This team worked really well together.Another person worth mentioning is Seth. The company that hauled the dumpster away left a significant amount of rubbish in my driveway. Seth was quick to return to my home and make sure my driveway was clean.When getting quotes, this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. Hutcherson Construction is wonderful to work with. Everyone I have spoken with was very professional and made sure I understood the process. They kept me up to date when supplies were coming in. I had windows, siding and gutters installed. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Hutcherson. If I had any questions at all, I was able to reach them with no problem. I would give them 10 stars but I can only give them the highest rate of 5 stars. Thank you Hutcherson for making the old home look new again.

We recently had the most amazing experience with these folks. We needed to invest in a roof for our forever home. Monica Herron took time out of her busy schedule and family to accommodate our many questions, so many times outside of business hours. The entire Hutcherson team did the same.End result... everything exceeded our expectations. Great experience working with Hutcherson Construction. They removed our original wood siding (no small task) and installed James Hardie fiber cement siding. Site manager Rob and his crew Cody, Kyle and Jesse were very professional, and we particularly appreciated their communication and daily status reports. Highly recommend.

Sadly we were not able to use this company but they have such great customer service they deserve five stars. We worked with Monica and were very pleased. Monica came out, took measurements and pictures, talked with us a bit about our expectations and wants, and worked out a plan that was presented a week later. Monica was patient with us (and our friendly toddler) and explained everything in detail. We loved the honesty and transparency. Monica’s presentation was immaculate and very thorough. No detail was too small. I have no doubt the product would have matched the presentation in quality.

Hutcherson recently completed re-siding our home with James Hardy concrete siding. They were very professional from start to finish. There were only a couple of weather delays and the roofers kept us updated daily. Monica, both Seans, Lauren and Nick guided us through the process and we wound up with a beautiful solid roof. I apologize to the Hutcherson team for this late review.Back in April, we began our search to replace our roof. The existing roof was 18 years old and original to the house. The shingles were prematurely failing. We had 3 quotes in the Fall of 2022 looking for budget numbers. All three quotes were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. Hutcherson was not one of the quotes.Fast forward to Spring 2023, we decided to move forward with the roof replacement. Calling the previous contractors to get an updated estimate, not one would return our call.I was driving to work one morning and heard a Hutcherson construction advertisement. I called them and they arrived at our home a couple of days later to provide us with a quote.Matt Pechulis was our sales representative and his price was right in line with everyone else. We signed right away knowing we were going to have a great experience.Two weeks later, they replaced our roof. Communication from the office staff to the replacement crew was flawless. After the job was completed, the cleanup was great. Not one nail or trash was left behind.One word……AMAZING!If you are looking for a roof replacement or deck replacement, look no further.Thank you Hutcherson Construction!!

I have been extremely happy with Hutcherson. I worked with Nick during the pre construction process and found him to be very up front and honest. Any time I had a question he answered promptly and did not leave me waiting. It did help that one of my neighbors had used Hutcherson for a deck but used another company for siding because of price, and said they 100% regretted not going back to Hutcherson. Robb and his team have been extremely kind and easy to work with. My house looks fantastic! I would go back to Hutcherson for any future projects.

I have hired Hutcherson Construction twice now. The whole team from the Office to the Contractor bidding the job and the Construction team and their Supervisor have been absolutely PROFESSIONAL, Knowledgeable, Honest, and reliable. The 2nd time I hired them it was an extreme emergency. I gave Sean a call and he explained to his crew the situation the whole Company treated me like family. Once you hire them they make sure everything is done correctly before they leave. Everything was done professionally right down to clean. Exceptional Building Contractors!

Salesman measured wrong so anout 6" cement showing on one side. Cleanup was not done until weeks after deck finished. No porta potty as promised so contractors used house restroom. No one will return calls to remedyOne hundred dollars removed from total for bushes to cover cement but turned out not enough to pay fot needed bushesThe deck itself is ok but surrounding area leaves us a lot of workStones all over ground etc. Not what was promised

I am so glad that we chose Hutcherson Construction to complete our deck construction project. Our finished deck is beautiful and a fantastic addition to our home. Justin and Curtis did a great job building it, and I was even more impressed with their professionalism. They arrived at our house early every day and they were so friendly to my kids, and always willing to answer questions. They were careful to clean up after themselves as they worked and when the project was completed. Tim and Lauren were helpful in communicating what would be happening, and Tim even helped us with another project at the last minute so we could keep our renovations on schedule. I can not recommend this team highly enough! Thank you for a beautiful deck!

We just had our deck replaced by the Hutcherson team. I found them after a previous contractor ghosted me. From my very first contact to the project close-out, we've been treated with care and kindness. Lauren has provided tons of updates throughout the process; Tim has answered every question and guided the construction crew. Matt was a dream! And our actual crew, Mike and his son, were 10/10. They were meticulous in the care they took with our job - and were easy to have around. My dogs already miss them. Our entire experience has been wonderful!! And the final product is better than I could have ever hoped!!

Then I shifted gears and Google searched one last time and found Hutcherson Construction! Wow! The difference was night and day!John came out to discuss the project and was attentive, professional and respectful of my time. The crew was courteous, respectful and worked like they were on a mission! (Shame on me for not getting all of their names to call each of them out for the job well done.) We prefer to do all our home repairs and updates ourself but when you run into time constraints and correcting someone else’s major errors you have to lean to a professional group with the manpower and ability to complete/correct it. Hiring out the work was the best decision we could have made. We had all the materials here but just needed the hands and dedicated time to complete it. Having the deck stabilized and extended, siding and trim completed was such a huge relief! Justin and his deck team along with Seth and his siding team were amazing to work with even with all the snow, cold and windy days - these guys were there every single day. I felt so bad for them being out in the elements that I baked them cookies to have hot and fresh. Truly cannot be more thankful to just be done and look forward to enjoying our peaceful surroundings!!

We hired Hutcherson to have them build us a deck during this past summer. They work well considering covid related difficulties with getting materials, etc.. The crew was wonderful and professional, cleaned up the site every night. We are pleased with our deck!
