We have used Michigan Steel and Trim on 3 separate jobs. Everyone we have talked to have been very knowledgeable on all their products. Bids have been returned in a reasonable amount of time and it covers all materials needed. We picked up one package from the factory and that experience was very smooth and we received plenty of help loading. The other packages were delivered and the drivers were also very helpful. Over all experiences were very positive. Products have been superior to some others we have used. We will use them again in the future.

We dealt with Jennifer B. @ Michigan Steel and Trim. Let me just say, the customer service was outstanding! She was very attentive and responsive. She followed our order through to delivery. We also had a last minute change to an already placed order and she was able to get it added on to the existing order before it left the warehouse.Highly recommend this place!

Pros: Great product and initial customer service was fantastic!Cons: After we bought a garage door from them, there were some issues with delivery that were not communicated. When a complaint was brought up, the customer service staff became very defensive.Really would have appreciated better communication (open and honest about issues with delivery).

Amazing staff. Jennifer and Brooke are great to deal with. They have a fast turnaround even on custom metals. We use them for our barns and custom trims. I'm always satisfied with their products and service.
