Dean Butler and his team installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. Dean is very responsive and thorough in his estimate, installation and instructions on how to maintain the systems properly. We are extremely happy. Of note we got several estimates and the main reason Butler won was because of honesty. Dean did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. Back in January our boiler went out. We called many places and recieved several quotes, but none of them compared to Butler. He does not price gouge and is extremely fair.Dean took our call immediately, was out to our house quickly, and gave us our options. He had a quote to us the next day and we made a plan to get installation started for not just heat but air as well.They have been in our house the last few days and we have nothing but Praise for Dean, Josh, and Justin. All have been pofessional and willing to answer any question we may have.Tomorrow is the last day of installation and I can't thank them enough for all that they have done. Our water heater went out the evening of the 22nd of December. I tried to do some research on my own to figure out the issue, but wasn't coming up with anything. I called Dean and told him what was going on with it. He informed me that due to the age of my current unit and what I was describing to him that it would be more beneficial to replace rather than repair. When I asked him when he thought he might be able to do it, I was shocked when he told me "tomorrow morning". The next morning Dean drove from Lansing to Grand Rapids on pretty terrible road conditions to pick up our new water heater. When he got there he found out his supplier was closed. Dean then did some calling around and found us a new water heater elsewhere and proceeded to get it installed for us to make sure we had hot water for the holidays. He could have easily put this whole thing off a couple days, when the roads were better, when his normal supplier was back open, or just after taking a few days off for Christmas. He didn't. He got it done for us in extremely timely manner and at a great price. We will definitely be recommending Butler Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

After repairing my AC a couple of months ago, it finally failed. Dean came in with the best pricing up front and replaced my AC unit and upgraded my furnace. He was fast and professional. He also recommended and installed an RGF Halo-LED system for air purification. It has made an incredible difference with the clearing of my sinuses and reducing snoring in the process. I woke up to a cold house and talking through it with a family member he said "Your gonna have to call a Heating/Cooling company because I just don't know." I started calculating how much I could afford if it wasn't fixable and stressing. I went to High School with Dean and his wife so I thought of them right away.
