I want to give a shout out to Mark (last name unknown) who was dispatched to my neighborhood on Marlow St. in Portage, MI and his team after the ice storm that we had. A group of 4 homes, including my own, were greatly impacted and he and his team were amazing at communicating and engaging with us. Mark, specifically, was out helping us on the ground and helped homeowners who had major branches hitting their homes chainsaw the branches so we could remove them. Please give Mark and his team all the gold stars, kudos and thank them on behalf of the families on Marlow St. in Portage.

Did work at my house without talking to me first and without my authorization to be on my property. My public utility had no record that you were intending to do work on my property. I was supposed to meet with someone from the company Monday just after 4pm to discuss the work they did. No one showed up to the appointment at my house and I got no response from texts.

I worked for ABA Traffic Control LLC in Cincinnati area as their 1st female flagger, HyDecker crew was very welcoming and down to earth to where I ask the lead of HyDecker if they need a flagger for their company because they treated me way better then the company I worked for here in Ohio.If they offered me a job spot as a flagger on their crew I’d ACCEPT THE SPOT ASAP😊 Love their energy work ethic the let’s do it and get it done attitude is everything to me.Giving their job is important to everyone who use electricity, I took pride in getting up n STOPPING and directing traffic SAFELY around the crews with a smile.HyDecker I appreciate y’all work 😊

After one of the crew member asked if we could open our gate so they could trim a tree. My husband said we would have to get shoes, coat and the key to do so. Another crew member just went in forcing it open. We were going to open it freely, but they couldn't wait 1 minute or less for us to get our shoe's and coat on. I felt that was very rude. We had no issue of opening the gate, but to break the hinges is. Yes, your crew did break our custom hinges. We will now pay and fix for your employee's rudeness of not waiting 1 minute or less so we could get the gate open freely for them. I hope they don't treat other people's property like this. I would like a written explanation from both employee's of why they couldn't wait 1 minute or less. It's the least you can do since we are paying and fixing the hinges. We would of even left the gate unlocked while we left for my mother in laws funeral.

hello, one of your crews were out 4/19 repairing a down line that effected my business. your employee named Eric I dealt with was good to work with. I had to leave my gate unlocked full of my used car inventory and he locked it up and called me which we had discussed and when leaving he let me know they were all done and said to call if any problems. Live in Lambertville Michigan on Fordway. The men who worked in the area were all very polite and professional also very Helpful. The oil spots left on the street were a big issue because nothing was done about them. Wondering how much of that oil got into the soil where they left there heavy duty equipment parked. Planted grass and reinstalled fence. Cleaned streets daily but as I have stated huge oil spots on street.
