She provided me with all the necessary information about the company and its owner, Ryan. Following her advice, I set up an appointment for a free consultation, and I was floored by their responsiveness and flexibility. They came within 24 hours of my request, and Ryan inspected my roof. Thankfully, there was no damage or need for repairs, but Ryan was still thorough and honest in his evaluation. We'd like to let everyone know that Ryan, Javier and the team did a fantastic job on our roof!Ryan was professional, transparent, and kept in constant touch throughout the whole process. The work crew worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up. Workmanship appears great! But what impressed me the most is they were forthright in all the costs for structural damage (telling me upfront and not trying to low bid and add it on later) and finished the work $1,500 under budget, removing the cost from my finalbill. Wow, I was super nervous had just bought a mobile home and the roof looked rough. I was concerned it was leaking and had no idea how old it was (at-least 10-12 years) Bob was so friendly and honest told me he really didn’t think it was leaking and it had a good 2 to 3 years life left in it 🎉🎉🎉🎉 He could of told me anything and I wouldn’t have known any different. There are still honest good people out there and Clearview Roofing and Restoration is on that list!!!

Bob was the technician who came out, he was very nice and was able to quickly identify and fix the leak for a very reasonable price!

This is a major undertaking (and a huge potential expense) to get a completely new roof done, especially when time and weather are working against you. I wanted to make sure I got the best people working with me as I possibly could. I contacted several companies for estimates before deciding that Clearview Roofing and Restoration were the company for my job. They never made me feel like my job wasn’t as important as larger homes and spoke to me with respect and understanding. They communicated clearly and often whenever we had updates or questions. If I called, the phone was answered almost immediately, I was addressed in a friendly and professional manner, and was helped to have any questions or issues resolved quickly and thoroughly. Everyone I dealt with on their entire staff was beyond wonderful. My roof looks absolutely beautiful, and, even after noticing a minor issue when I was looking over the fine work, they immediately rushed out to fix what I had discovered, sending me photos to show their work was completed. For something that can be a lot of anxiety to undertake, they made this a painless and very positive experience for me. For this I am exceedingly grateful. I cannot endorse them enough. If I should ever need a major project again, they’re my first call without a doubt. What a tremendous experience from start to finish!

I am so happy with the results of the soffits, fascia, and gutter replacement work done by Clearview Roofing. Throughout the process each member of the team was professional, reliable, personable and approachable, answering my many questions. The work wasn't just superficial, it was structural too. Javier and Marco worked long hours to repair underlying issues along the way. The final result is beautiful. More importantly, the system is doing a better job keeping water away from the eaves and foundation and allowing for a more balanced air flow throughout the house. I will definitely recommend Clearview Roofing to anyone who asks.

Top notch service one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. I was in desperate need of gutter cleaning and was shopping around but no one would get out in December to it but then I found Clearview Roofing, and they jump on it right away. The price was very reasonable, and the service was 5 stars after cleaning the gutters they also clean up the surrounding from the leaves that was dropped from the gutters. I have only good things to say about them and is currently looking at having them installing gutter guards in spring.

Bob and Javier's team did a great job for us. I've dealt with a few contractors over time and the consultant, Bob never made me feel pressured during the process. They were always quick to respond and reach out with new details. Communication is huge for me, so it was much appreciated. Javier's team put in a very long day in order to get it done. Knowing how it feels to do manual labor for 13+ hours made their dedication to the job much more significant and appreciated. I contacted Clearview for a flat roofing quote and had a fantastic experience even though the project wasn’t up their alley (more of a patio project then roofing). Very honest about what I needed he couldn’t provide. Bob was able to come out early at my request, and he was very helpful at giving me ideas and references for the project. He even helped me seal up some suspect bathroom vents on the roof while over! Any other roofing needs will go through clearview for now on.

My experience was excellent. Unlike other contractors I've hired in the past this crew got here exactly when they said they were going to, and completed the entire job in about 8 or 9 hours. My situation was not typical, as I not only needed brand new shingles but the entire roof needed to be torn off and rebuilt. They did excellent work and were very thorough cleaned up the entire job site afterwards. Great customer relations and follow up after the job was done. Based on my experience, Clearview is highly recommended.

After discovering a leak in my roof, I contacted Clearview Roofing and Restoration. Bob came out, inspected the roof, found the problem and it was determined that my 23 year old roof needed to be replaced. Bob fully explained the process and possible contingencies. The crew replaced the roof in one day and returned to install gutter guards the following morning. I appreciated that they thoroughly cleaned the area around the house and left no debris behind. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Clearview Roofing and highly recommend this company.
