We recently had Premier Building and Remodeling out to do primary suite remodel. We felt the process from start to finish was extremely easy and efficient. Their organization and timeline for the work was on schedule and clearly communicated. In fact they finished the project early. I contribute this extreme punctuality to Kim their on site project manager. Not only was she amazing at coordinating the subcontractors but she was always friendly and upbeat. After our initial contact with Tony, we were continually impressed with his professionalism and team.

PB&R has finished a bathroom remodel and a basement door replacement in 2022. An entryway, great room, kitchen and a hallway remodel the summer of 2023. We could not be more pleased with the results. From the beginning of the project the customer is made aware of the financial responsibilities of the project. Expert guidance is given to help the project be the very best quality while fulfilling the owners dream. Subcontractors did outstanding work. A schedule was given to us the week before the projects started and the team stayed on schedule. Our project manager answered texts and calls within a day. We look forward to doing more remodeling with them. We thank PBR for the quality of their work. There are definitely more projects in our future!

We had a small and very outdated bathroom. Our house is almost a century old. Premiere team came to look at our bathroom, listened to our needs, made suggestions and shortly after presented us with an excellent plan. We received great help in making our selections from tiles to fixtures to colors, etc. It was quite an extensive project but once it started everything was done in a well coordinated and very timely fashion. . The quality of workmanship, the professionalism and the expert knowledge they showed were second to none. Everyone was friendly, caring and responsive throughout the whole time. We love our new bathroom, it looks beautiful as well as very functional. We had an idea and Premier made it reality. We now have a screened-in porch that has expanded our living space. Construction is top quality. The roof tie-in blends perfectly. Questions were addressed within 24 hours, all sub-contractors were top-notch (roof, electrical, gutters, paint). If we made changes outside the scope of the original project we had confirmed costs before the work started. We hired PBR to build a garage. They did a fantastic job from design to completion. The detail on the corners was perfect. We liked their work so much we had them back to rebuild our front porch roof and part of our main roof. Their other company, Executive Home Repair, remodeled our bathroom taking out a tub and building a walk in shower. We had PB&R redo our bathroom shower. They took out our jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower. They transformed it into a walk in shower. We absolutely love our new shower. I know finding a good and reliable company to do work on your home can be very hard. I am so glad I found EHR. We live in plainwell and had a load bearing wall removed between our kitchen and living room. The guys that came and did the work were professional, efficient and friendly. They had to move a bunch of electrical and went above and beyond with making sure everything was wired properly and explained to us. Premier Building and Remodeling converted a shower into a steam shower including rebuilding the shower pan and retiling the full enclosure for our home at the height of COVID restrictions. We were really pleased with the installation and the time they took to tweak anything to our liking throughout the whole process. They were very careful to contain the remodeling dust as much as possible and left the area tidy each night. Everyone who came into the home was very courteous and careful to protect items and people throughout the home. Ken & team have done 4 remodels for us over 8 years. First was a room in an unfinished basement to a fitness room - he thought of every small detail, including utilizing the space under the stairs as custom built in cubbies to store gear, to changing the way the door swung open to cleverly hiding our radon system. Second was putting in a kitchen/bar into our finished basement, third was a guest bathroom remodel and fourth was a guest room addition and new hardwood flooring. The fact we keep using his team I think speaks volumes to the service and quality they provide!
