For me, quality of workmanship matters, and for these folks their work was excellent. But what matters just as much to me is the ability to communicate, respond to problems and needs, stay in touch, be on top of things, etc. And for this I give Energy Plus and the crew an A+. Chris responds to every single petty question I have, and does so right away. His workers are smart and respectful, and even go the extra mile to do things like pull weeds in my driveway to make sure they got all the nails cleaned up. This was an awesome experience! We own a small 80 year old log cabin and nothing is standard! This company not only gave us windows and doors, but made actual logs to match the cabin for framing the gaps of the non standard sized structure. I really truly have to give extra credit to Mason! He is not only an expert at installation, but created custom design literally with his hands. When things didn't fit....he created the resolution with his skills. He treated our home like it was his own. It was so special that I made him carve his initials into the wood of one of the logs that he made. I never want to forget where our beautiful glass porch log cabin came from...and how it gives us the the million dollar view of Lake Huron! I also want to credit Chris for organizing, and Darren for assisting with anything and everything. Everyone was professional, asked our opinion, gave choices, and always cleaned up after working. We will be asking them to come back to do the rest of the main cabin windows!

We had a flood in our bathroom and a couple of bedrooms. Energy plus was the only one to show up for a real quote. They began the work and I got a little more than just what I requested. As we went along I would ask if we could do certain things. In the end we love our bathroom & rooms and had a little more work than originally anticipated! We had to match an existing floor, so they found the right pieces and it looks seamless!

poor quality work. they did a new kichen and bath for me and I had to have them fix several mistakes that were made because they had no professional carpenters on the job. their employees treated my garage like their personal tool crib and helped themselves to my tools to use on the job. when they did the ceiling insulation in the new kitchen they failed to seal off over the wall that my waterlines run through so my waterlines freeze every winter unless I blow heat into the wall. the owner said he would fix it but never showed. bad drywall job, I had screw heads showing when the painting was done. would not have these people build me a dog house
