We had received a quote from another company of almost $6,000.00 to replace our AC and Freon lines alone... we called Alan at Lucky’s Heating and Cooling and he gave us a much cheaper quote and even helped us get a refund from the previous company who had over charged us by almost $400 just for a diagnostic visit.He and his team are determined to give you the best experience and quality possible. I called them on Friday and they followed up on Saturday and had an estimate set up for today from the window of 3p-5p and they did a no show. I called them and they said "Oh it must've not got put in the computer". I am a nurse and work 12 hour midnight shifts and woke up 2 hours early to accommodate them. The lady I spoke with said she would "check and see if a tech could make it today" but I had to leave for work at 5:30. I didn't feel a real sense of urgency to keep a customer. She apologized and said if I changed my mind to give them a call.

Al (the owner ) showed up the day I called and came the next day during the 2022 snow emergency with 2 trucks and about 3 other guys laid down a bunch of work blankets on my floors and got busy . Had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. The crew was very professional and courteous. The cleanup was more than I expected. Will recommend highly for anyone I know that needs Heating or A/C service.

I had a leak on my ac unit, he told me the caps need to be replaced and it to be refilled so we paid for both and after a week of having ac it started to decline more and more. I hit the breaking point after two months. Called them and they told me well we can’t help unless you pay the service fee for us to come out again because I should have had them check for more leaks. I’m not a heating and cooling expert so how am I suppose to know? The guy told me I changed the caps and filter so it’s all good now. Shouldn’t be anymore problems. So when they told me I will be charged again for the same problem I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Was told I needed an entire new unit. Didn’t trust it, so had second opinion. That company replaced a wire for $150 versus the 4K they told me I needed. Buyer beware. Thought I would have a lifetime relationship with this company for home and office, but needless to say I will not. Didn't give lowest rating possible because service guy at least is kind with service, just not trustworthy.

The owner (Allen) and his crew were professional, on time & polite. They worked diligently to install my new furnace & a/c and cleaned up after. I love that I have a HEPA filter now! YaY! Less dust! Cleaner air! My allergies will be better! AND! A humidifier too! My 70yr old furnace didn't have any of those things.Thank you Allen for a job well done at a great price! The a/c works great! Woo hoo!! Can't wait to see how well the furnace works and the savings on a more efficient system!A shout out to the ladies in the office for their help as well! I love my American Standard products!

Told me my motor on my condenser for my ice machine was bad $1000 to fix. I bought the $30 part and replaced it myself in 25 min. It turned out not to be the problem. It was the compressor itself. So I would have paid $1000 to fix something not broken. Lord knows what they would charge for compressor.

Called Thursday to get estimate for a new Humidifier and thermostat, Lady in the office said she would call me back in a hour to let me know Friday or Saturday. No call back! Must not need the business, I'll call another company!

Called for furnace replacement quote. I was told the evap coil drain pan could not be replaced. If that was true you would not see replacement pans for sale on line. He immediately became angered and refused to provide a quote.
