We used Icon to restore our lower level and laundry room after the main water line busted under our house and flooded . Agron was in charge of our job and I’m really impressed by his professional and caring attitude thru out the process! He handled all our concerns and was very prompt with communicating each step of the process. I feel like I made a friend with him he was very sweet and kind also . We have used Servpro in the past but Icon was way better. Definitely recommend them ! Great job ! Before and after photos

Many thanks to our Project Mgr. Shane and his team from ICON. My mom’s home had to be completely restored after having severe water damage. The complete process took over a year and several adjusters which was frustrating. But once contact was established, the communication between Shane and I was one of the most important steps that spoke volumes in which I appreciated. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, provided clarity and followed up weekly. The renovation was Amazing!! My mom and I were quite pleased and happy with the results of their work. After the home inspection, a couple of incidents happened. I called Shane and immediately, either he or someone arrived to correct the issue. Thank you again for your impeccable service.

Icon Restoration & Construction was a great experience start to finish. They actually cleaned up a mess of work that another contractor never started that was in our ins claim from a hail storm. Glenn was so professional and understanding as to what we had dealt with and needed to get completed. I'd hire them again and they will be my first call next time. We had a leak from the roof that caused water damage to our kitchen floor and cabinets. Our insurance company sent ICON to do the work. After a slow start and a few different project managers things got moving quickly. Our project manager Agron was the best. He was always communicating what was going to happen with the construction/restoration schedule. All the contractors who did the work were top notch and did a great job. I would highly recommend any of them to do any restoration work that needs to be done.

He had a smile on his face every time I saw him and he made the process so much easier. It’s never fun to find yourself in need of restoration services in your home. Would give zero if I could.Had a tree fall last year and damage some siding. My insurance recommended Icon. BIG MISTAKE. It took over a year to get the job completed. We were dragged through countless walkthroughs as our project manager kept changing. At one point, we signed one sheet that verified the work that needed to be done and the project manager changed...again. After months of waiting we were told our claim was closed and we denied service. They finally sent out another new project manager who said that our previous plan wouldn't work for them. We had to basically threaten them with a court ruling as we had signed a legally binding agreement with the previous project manager.When Laborers finally came out, they were sub contracted. Icon doesn't have laborers and subcontracts out to the cheapest bid. The overall quality reflects this.They tried to clad over rotten wood and I had to start using terms like "installation guidelines" and "Manufacture warranty". After pulling teeth, they finally got someone to replace the rotted wood (which was on the original work order that we had signed).Horrible company. Horrible practices. They should be called "Icon Cover It Up" because they tried to do the bare minimum to my home. I literally have to go out and caulk/fix multiple points in my siding as the job was fairly sub par.I will say that our final project Manager, Josh, was great. he worked with us through our frustrations and did his best to smooth things over from a whole year of headaches with them.

I have had the pleasure of working with Icon for almost 10 years in the insurance industry. My company approves preferred restoration contractors for our referral program for emergency fire, water, mold, general construction and repairs, for which Icon has been a part of since 2013, and which are consistently placing in the top percentage of nation wide service providers in all categories. I have personally worked with their team on large loss insurance claims as the assigned contractor at the continual request of carrier adjusters, for which workmanship, response time and communication are a must. I cannot recommend this team enough and would trust no other for any personal service needed.

Currently going on 3 months since my kitchen has torn out and NOTHING has been ordered. I need new cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash and nothing has been done. A quote was approved and signed off for cabinets and that was two weeks ago and still hasn’t been ordered. I have been asking for a breakdown of our budget to see how much is allocated to labor and how much for material for each portion of the project and nobody can seem to give me an answer. My PM is poor at communicating. I think he has only texted me to initiate a conversation one time in the 3 months, all other times I had to reach out with a phone call after a text message from a day or two prior. Thusfar, customer service has not been their strong suit

I’m giving four stars specifically for Agron our second project manager. We waited seven months to have our basement restoration completed! Agron was very professional, kept us informed daily of what would happen next, days and times the workers would arrive, made sure that materials were on site to keep the job moving along and had the job completed in three weeks. My recommendation is not for the Icon company itself which from the get-go had poor communication with us which was very confusing for us to know exactly whom to call with questions or complaints. It appeared that the left hand did not know what the right was doing- very disorganized.Agron’s hard work was very much appreciated but I would not recommend Icon Restoration.
