This is what they did to my home, and they got the money. Had to get someone else to do the roof, before more water damage. My roof leaks. Tried many times to call but got no answer. Then come to find out they didn't pull any prements.

Well they did my roof a while ago it's hard to contact this company when you start to gave a problem I have to leaks one over my garage and one forming in my ceiling in my foyer no one is answering at all which is crazy how can you not answer or call back when your current customers have problems with work you done on their home's. You installed my roof in 2017 hasn't even been 10 year's crazy.Update was a 2 now a 5 star Harley looked out for me appreciate the help my fault jumped to conclusions I'd definitely recommend them to my family and friends he's a cool dude but me and my insurance company about to box 🥊 a few rounds they trying to play me. But I know Harley has my back.

These guys are Great contractors! Finding an honest and reliable contractor these days is not easy, but the team at Harley’s definitely made the cut. My home is almost 100 years old so I was determined to select the best roof and contractors to install it. These were the guys and they did a spectacular job.I invested a lot of time researching contractors as well as different types of metal roofs and even specific details such as how the roof is trimmed out ETC. Harleys were reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals throughout the process. At one point in the project a small issue with color created a big problem for them. I think in many cases any other contractor would have walked away from the job and cut their losses, but these guys acknowledged the problem, discussed possible solutions and even though the option that I chose was not good for their side of the transaction, they stepped up to the plate and made it right. I’ve always said that the difference between an amateur and a professional is that a professional knows what to do when something goes wrong! They most certainly did that – with honor. This attitude of putting the customer first is the kind of action that makes you a super fan of their company and team. Even when correcting the problem at significant expense to them, they did it with the same exceptional quality as if it were their own home.In addition to being great guys, Harley’s did an excellent job of the installation and gave me what I believe is the best quality standing seam metal roof installation around. They paid a lot of attention to detail and worked their tales off to try and get the job done before the worst of the winter weather set in (they literally managed to get it done the day before heavy snows came in!) Many details that they either did at my request or brought to my attention that needed to be done made me confident that I have an excellent quality roof which I know will be around for a very long time. Many details I requested required additional efforts on their part but they always maintained the desire to make sure that I was happy with my roof…. I am certain they are very proud of the job and will be most welcome to use the roof as an example of their capability for what is a relatively uncommon roof type in this area.Throughout the time that they were working on my home I was traveling so I requested the Dennis to keep me updated with text photos. Almost every step of the way he would take the time to photo from multiple angles before and after shots as well as detailed photos of any existing conditions that were encountered and needed to be addressed.Kudos guys! Great job, you will be my first call next time I need any of the services that you offer! Thank you.

For the past 4 months, me and my family have had the worst experience we have ever had with a company. My parents recently bought a new house to move into and needed the siding of our windows to be replaced due to the age of the house.We needed to move in BY AUGUST. We are lucky that we are not waiting longer than a year for this company to do anything due to the urgency to move. They have taken our $17,500 deposit and have been not only flakey, but broken promise, after promise, after promise. Randy James is a nightmare to deal with!This company has ghosted my family on so many occasions and have forced my mother and I to come to their office to complain about the complete lack of communication. The first couple of weeks we had let Randy know that we do not appreciate the lack of communication. He apologized at first and gave us the excuse that it is difficult to for the entire industry due to the previous lockdown. After we complain, they finally send someone out to "measure the windows".Weeks go by after this and nothing happens during this period of time. My family and I have to drive 43 minutes and back once more to complain about lack of communication and that we just want our deposit back, considering they have done essentially nothing. Randy tells us that he can not do that because they had already used our deposit to pay for the windows that were already being made. We tell him that we understand but he did not communicate with us by any means even when we have tried to contact him endlessly. We let him know that we still NEED TO COMMUNICATE. He gives us another excuse saying that his phone was broken and deliberately tells us he hated his job after we had complained about his poor business practices. We needed to move out by the end of August. He nods his head and tells us that he can try to work something out so we demand for him to promise to have the work done by then. We did not notice until after he writes in the contract that they would START WORKING on the windows by the END OF AUGUST! I am still in disbelief thinking about how he snuck that under our noses and continued to lie!The next day, they send out completely different people to work on our windows to once again "measure them".These people do not ever come back again and at this point we are so tired of the scamming nature of this company.We storm into their office a third time and Randy already knows of our arrival. My mother and I demand our deposit back. He is frustrated with us despite the fact that this would never have happened if he had just responded to our messages. He has broken his promise on countless occasions and we can not trust him anymore. With our demand, he throws himself an embarrassing pity party that I have never seen from even a teenage girl. He whines about how he is so stressed from his job and blames his four day golfing vacation for not answering us. He starts pretending to cry about how he's been struggling with his work and putting his hands in his face to make us feel bad for him, to which it obviously did not work because we still wanted our money back. When we expressed that he was unprofessional and could not be trusted anymore he still begged us to give him 24 hours to get our windows out. We had to decline the service because of the awful experience and they still didn't show us proof of our windows being made.Finally, after realizing the argument was only going in circles, we let him know that if they do not give us our money back we would have to file a law suit.After we finally leave to get the lawsuit ready, these men show up to our new home unannounced and start begging my father to let them start doing the work. For some reason they did not bother to tell us when these windows were done and why they ended up showing up only afterwards a lawsuit threat!!!!They did a small portion of the job, dipped, didn't text or call back, and our house is trashed because of them.

Harleys construction and restoration was the 2nd construction company I had come out to give me a quote on my roof. Not only were they very detailed on what all needed to be done, they also told what did not need to be done. I had Mr Roof come out before Harley's an they told me I had to have my chimney fully redone before they could even replace my roof. When James and Andrew came out from Harley's I told them what Jason from Mr Roof had told me an they did a full inspection an took photos for me to see of my chimney (no way I was going that high in the air to see) an there was nothing wrong with it. Nothing was needed to be repaired on it. I felt that at that point I could Trust harleys an they weren't going to sell me any thing I did not need. From the start of picking the colored shingles, to dealing with everyone in the office (the lady's were down to earth an so easy to deal with, even with me asking them a million questions) to Matt's crew installing was a awesome experience they started around 830-845 an were fully completed an cleaned up around 6pm. Harley's will forsure be my go to place for any home repairs I have.

RUN! Signed a contract with this company November 2016 for a whole house siding job and one part of my roof to be replaced. The job was finally completed almost 3 years later in August 2019. Since the job was completed in 2019 to this day (July 5, 2022) I have had to call them EVERY time the wind blows to come out and resecure the siding they installed. Would not recommend this company for the life of me. The timeline of how long I have been having to deal with them should say enough about their professionalism and quality. Keep away from this joke of a company and save yourself the headache.

Harleys construction and restoration. Helped me in a catastrophic weather event to have my whole roof siding and gutters replaced. I wouldn’t of been able to do it without them their customer service, their work, and everything else to do with them is just outstanding, and I would recommend them to any homeowner when it comes to dealing with damage to your home they even put me in a hotel for two nights while they did the work because my dogs were scared of the noise when I got home my home look like something out of a magazine!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

This company crosses the line time and time again. We expressed a disinterest in getting our roof replaced, and my husband and I have been continually bothered by this company. They showed up at our house uninvited on multiple occassions and when I didn't come to the door when he knocked, the employee looked through the screen door and yelled inside my home to get my attention (I was in a work meeting), completely disrespecting our privacy. Not only do they show up at your home, they also call to harass you. When they call, you are spoken down to and insulted. When I spoke to a manager/supervisor at Harley to share my concerns and express my desire to be left alone, I was hung up on and never called back. When I called the number back, I was ignored. I wish I would have never spoke to these men when they came to my door, they haven't left me alone since. I would avoid at all costs.

Jim at Harley's has been very helpful throughout the beginning stages of having our roof replacement. He submitted the claim to our insurance company and we got an approval within 24 hours. He has kept in touch with us from the initial contact with him and everything is moving smooth. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

This company did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. The communication with Stacey was great, so I knew where we were in the process the entire way. My roof had three layers of shingles on the house and two layers on the garage that needed to be stripped before installation. The crew was very quick and efficient, and completed the job in just three days. The interaction with the roofing crew was great, they listened to and followed my requests on cleanup and protecting my deck. Finally, their cleanup job after the roof was complete was amazing. I looked very closely to try to be picky about the cleanup and found just 4 nails around my entire house. Considering the 3 layers of shingles they removed this was great. No complaints. Would recommend. Thank you Harley's!

I am so glad that James Adair was referred to me by my friend Joel, one of his happy and satisfied client. James has provided us with a stress free experience in replacing our roof and in dealing with our home insurance provider. James and Robert who inspected our roof are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. I would like to commend Tom and his crew for an excellent job. I emailed James Adair from Harley's about wind damage to my roof on Sunday, 2/24/19 at 11:09 AM and he responded the same day, six hours later - very responsive for a Sunday. From the initial contact, James kept in contact with me and worked with my insurance company. He was on site during the insurance adjuster's review, his presence was very helpful. James stopped by during the roof replacement which was completed yesterday, April 9, 2019. He also kept in contact with me, as did his on-site crew leader, throughout the job to make sure things were on track and up to my standards. It took the crew less than 8 hours to remove two layers, install new roof, install a new sky light, clean up, and haul everything away.

Cannot review their work. I can only comment on the lack of correspondence.Contacted via email on Wednesday early morning on March 30. Receptionist contacted me right back that day just before noon. Informed me she would set up appointment for Saturday April 2nd or Monday April 4th and that someone would reach out to confirm day. Didn't hear anything thru Saturday April 2nd so I made a follow up call to confirm for Monday April 4th had to leave message at noon.Heard nothing further until April 12 at 5:30 pm when a gentleman called to set up appointment. Informed him that I had just signed with another company the night before to have roof and siding on our house and garage as well as all new windows in house (14 + a doorwall). Like I said cannot comment on workmanship only communication (or lack there of) Unfortunate, because I was hoping I would have gotten a quote from them or been able to work with them on our project.

This company is terrible at handling business. I placed an order for a new front door and storm door on 2/15/19 and as of today 3/20/19 the job is still not complete. My wife has called them several time, we have even gone up to their building and we’re still waiting for this job to be complete. We have been told someone is going to call us back numerous times and only received one call back and that was from the guy who came out to install the door. We have yet to receive a call from anyone who has told us they’ll be calling us back or from someone in charge over them. I wish I could leave them a half of star because I would. Please call someone else who cares a lot more about their business and their customers satisfaction, for any your construction needs.

Unresolved leak in garage that has damaged the drywall and allowed mice to enter home. Seems that tubes of silicone are not as good as flashing for dettering water from running down the wall.Harleys sent out a top tradesman to correct the issue. He installed new flashing and I am confident that the issue is now resolved. A company is only as good as their ability to provide service to their customers by standing by their warranty. Upgrading back to 5 Stars.

Huge shout out to Stacey Kornegay from Harleys. She has went well above and beyond to assist me with an extremely difficult insurance adjuster after the hail storm. She's not only pleasant and sincere - but she will go the extra 10,000 miles to do all that she can to help. THANK YOU Stacey for all that you have done! I know that we are far from finished, but you deserve the praise.

Quality work done for the price of the insurance co. Was paying at first they found damage from hail and wind I made the claim with them and my insurance co. They sent a consultant to meet with my adjuster and explained to him why my home was totaled and suffered damage from the hail storm so that my home can be restored back to pre storm conditions.Service: Roof damage repair

Came to our door in October, gave them a check in November, they called 3 times saying it was in production, then they called our insurance stating job completed and they want the rest of the money. Funny thing....they NEVER TOUCHED MY ROOF!!!!! Won't return calls, the people there are dismissive and now they are committing fraud by filing a certificate of completion with my insurance. They are saying I can't get out of my contract...they never rendered services! FRAUD!!! STAY AWAY!! Reported to the better business bureau

It's been two years since they first came in and checked the roof, and the roof still not done yet. Most of the times, you call them and they say they will call you back and they don't. They asked for the AAA estimate several times and seemed they don't keep a copy. I am still patiently patientlywaiting....

My fiancee made a payment on 10-18-2018. We were told it will be a few day's to a week before the job would be started. To date we are going into December and the job has not been started and there has been no communication of a start day. We're requesting a refund.
