Mike is phenomenal to work with! He was more than willing to meet up on my schedule and set apart plenty of time to inspect my roof and go over all aspects of the job. His crew was careful with my landscape and cleaned up perfectly after the roof was completed!The remodel he did for us was definitely top notch! He came in lower than most bids, but exceeded our expectation in quality! He is one of the few contracts that I know that I will gladly refer him to friends and family!

Collin was very quick to reply to calls, emails, and texts. Working with him was a breeze! He told me what to expect and followed through on things well. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mike. He came out one time and was very personable. The roofing crew were respectful and seemed nice. I couldn’t believe how fast the crew was able to roof our house and our pole barn. They had it all done in one day! They did a great job and I appreciated how hard they all worked. The new roof looks great!

On December 16th 20221, a very large tree had fallen our house. There was significant and extensive damage to the roof, siding, garage door and interior drywall (ceilings in living room, dining room, and hallway). My insurance company was having a very difficult time finding a contractor to come out and look at the damage. In fact they still hadn't located a contractor after (2) weeks. I literally found Monson Construction on the internet and had not used or heard of the company in the past. I read a couple of reviews and called them to see if they would provide an estimate. One was scheduled relatively quickly, in fact Mike Monson (the company owner) came out to the house on New Years Eve, which surprised me that he would do that. To make a very log story short (as it relates to the insurance company), Mike worked with my insurance company submitted an estimate, the estimate was approved, and I selected Monson construction for the work. Mike was extremely professional. He kept me at ease through a very long, stressful situation. Mike and his team kept me informed throughout the entire project. Mike was highly visible, hands on with his team, and detail oriented. Anybody who knows me will tell you that I am a relatively persnickety by nature and have sometimes extremely high standards. Monson Construction met my expectations without any word from me. As detailed as I am, so was Monson. In the end, my home was completed as within the timeline that Mike had originally proposed and my home inside and out looks amazing. Mike and his team were respectful and took great care with my home and space. I interacted with and had work completed by Monson Construction's roofers, drywaller's, garage door installers, vinyl siders, and painters. All worked hard, did wonderful work, and made my project feel like it was their most important priority. In the end, my home looks beautiful. As a home owner, I will be using Monson Construction again, and will be telling all my friends about Mike and his team if any of them need work done. Amazing, and I don't just say that about any company.

Mike & his team knocked our bathroom remodel out of the park. High quality work from a great team of workers. Tile work was beautifully done, plumbing was done very quickly & when we ran into hiccups with materials Mike was able to find high quality alternatives very quickly. Monson Construction replaced our roof in 2019 after a Hail storm. Mike was very responsive and timely with the communication for our replacement. He took the time to explain the process and steps they would take during the ripoff and replacement of shingles. Mike and his team arrived on the day we scheduled and were able to complete the project by early afternoon. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and thorough cleanup of our property when they were done.

Due to the nightmare with champion windows, we were lucky enough to work with Monson! We couldn’t be happier! They did our siding, sliding door install and roof! The crew was great - prompt, helpful and trustworthy. Every night they would clean the yard and put our decorations back in place. They went above and beyond! So, in a way I am thankful for champion because we were able to work with Monson… but still regret having any dealing with them! Bravo!!! Best roofing Company I have experienced in my life.2 other roofing companies are working on my street currently, they have been working for 4 or 5 days now ( similar size). Mike Monson came to my home with a rain delay this Tuesday morning, weather cleared he started his team, they finished 26 squares of shingles that same day with excellent clean up and Great Quality work.
