-5 if it was available. They sent out two inexperienced electricians that spent most of the time trying to figure out what they were doing. I hired them to install three chandeliers replaced two sconces, where there was already wiring, and add a switch and change several plugs out for cosmetic purposes and determine and fix why electricity wasn’t working in The outlets in one of the rooms. There was no issue with the ceiling light at the time. they only replaced two sconces and installed the switch where they left damage on. The drywall that can’t be fixed without changing the electrical box that they put in because they placed too close to the drywall. They replaced three plugs ( without switch plates) left a hole in the ceiling in the room the electricity needed to be fixed because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. and now the light in there doesn’t work at all when it did before they came. They were at my house for 3 1/2 hours and charge me $1900 and now I have to hire another electrician to fix their mess and take care of what I hired them to do in the first place. I would never recommend this company . Per Angi’s list this job estimate was $ 600. I am still trying to reach someone to provide the receipt they promised, and speak to me about all these issues. I would never Recommend this company!

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Metro Electric. I've been using them for several years now and the technicians always do an amazing job. They always explain everything they're doing and clean up after themselves. I just had Adam and Connor come out to do quite a bit of work for me. They are so friendly and professional...and very knowledgeable. The customer service in the office is great too.I will never use anybody else except Metro Electric. I have recommended them to friends and family.

The electricians sent did an amazing job on the install! Our designed requested an additional foot drop on the length of the chandelier and they took care of it immediately, quickly and efficiently without question. Both men were very well spoken and kind. Adam came out, found the issue and had it repaired by 9:00 pm (on a Friday night). Thank you General Electric, Jason and TJ were exceptional. They were very professional, efficient and informative. They came right on time and finished quickly with no issues. So for us this whole process has been worry free. I also appreciate how considerate they were for my fathers well being who is bed ridden and required electricity for his hospital bed. Good people are hard to come by and everyone at Metro Electric were great and I appreciate it very much. I highly recommend this company for their exemplary service, you won't be disappointed.

Dan and Nate did an amazing job! They performed a very comprehensive electrical safety inspection throughout our entire house. They also supplied us with reasonable quotes for all discovered issues and discussed severity and priority. They also were able to take care of three of the issues on the spot at a very reasonable price. Metro Electric also installed an updated 100 amp panel and properly grounded the house earlier this year and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Metro Electric for any residential and commercial electrical needs!

What you can expect; The team will arrive on time, introduce themselves and walk you through what they will do outside and inside and answer any questions you have during the entire process. You will have one highly skilled team installing the gas lines and another team of Master electricians connecting the Generac to your electrical panel. Following install, which only took a few hours, the everything is tested. Then you will receive a binder containing all the information on the unit which they will review with you completely. They treat your home and property like it's their own. The workmanship and care they put into their jobs is evident in the finished product. The entire team that came did an amazing job. The electrician did a wonderful job with the work on the electrical panels and drywall that was absolutely awesome! Rick was very professional and thorough during our initial orientation process. Jason and his crew were very professional and efficient during the actual installation. Power was out for only 3 hours, which was an unexpected blessing, as were told, possibly 4-5 hours. Jason went over all the parameters of the generator and his instructions were very easy to understand.
