Why I needed a roofer: I noticed a crack in my plaster ceiling. My roof is now 20 years old. How I found Paramount: A co-worker told me that Paramount did his roof very professionally in two days. His neighbor had used Paramount and had a great experience. Paramount sent out Dan, the repair technician. Dan arrived 5 minutes early (love it), went into my scary attic, and on my roof. Yes, I had a leak. He told me that he found an issue with how the shingles had been installed in a small area and he could fix it THEN. He charged me the minimum service call charge. He said that my roof was in good shape and I had a few years left.Dan spoke to me very professionally, showing me pictures on his camera, and explaining everything. Dan said I could have Paramount come out annually to do a free inspection. I sure will!

Our ugly duckling turned into a swan. From the first contact with Marlena to meeting Eric and discussing the project, to picking colors and finalizing the contract this was the most professional, thorough, thoughtful and fun execution of a project we have ever done. Some times what we have in our head does not translate into reality. Eric’s expertise and knowledge, combined with Krys’ craftsmanship made dreams come true. We probably were not the easiest customers, changing colors shortly after finalizing the contract… but Marlena’s patience and friendly smile made us feel that this was no big deal at all. From the moment the van rolled in, to installation and clean up, this was a smooth and timely process. We have met a lot of people who purposefully drove down our street to see the process unfold and gushed about how beautifully it turned out. We are recommending Paramount Roofing to everyone we talk to and interestingly enough, we meet a lot of people who have used Paramount, and are just as happy as we are. We did receive multiple quotes and even though Paramount was not the cheapest, their quality and supporting a local business was more important to us. After getting a number of quotes, we decided to use Paramount Roofing in Romeo and we could not be happier. We had a new Roof, trim, siding and gutters installed on our home and a new roof and gutters installed on our garage. As you can see by the photos, they did an amazing job. I had my Velux Skylights replaced, Dan Rogers and Nick Card were very professional. They double and triplechecked the placement of the windows. The shingles were cut to the exact dimensions, straight line. Just beautiful work. Cleaned up after themselves, very respectful. I will get my entire roof done by Paramount!Update: Mathias came by to check my roof . I am stunned, this level of integrity and honesty is rare. Mathias told me my roof did not need replacement for another 4-5 years. He checked the ventilation of the roof by going up the attic, and went the extra mile to explain why the ventilation needs to be improved.

Had my house siding done with Paramount Building, Inc. Removal of old siding and replaced with new siding, new soffit and new gutters. There were a few bumps along the road with communication, i won't deny that but overall i give this company 5 stars. They came out and did everything i needed to fix any issues immediately. The 3 guys who did the siding were fast, did a great job and super clean. Two guys came out to do the gutters, quick, professional and did a great job. My house looks brand new. Jon from Paramount was easy to contact, gave me honest and professional opinions and the office staff was great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for siding, gutters, and roofing. They even did a follow up walk thru and if there was anything i didn't like they were willing to fix, and would not let me pay until it was to my satisfaction. Thanks Paramount Building! :)

I got bids from four roofing companies, the reason I chose Paramount was because the salesman recognized the reason my existing roof went bad and presented a plan to address the problems. He was professional and available through the entire project. I was impressed with the timeliness of everything they did, they kept to what they said. The work was completed in one day. Paramount Roofing has a great team. Christina was awesome for getting us on the schedule for an estimate and project confirmation. Seth was very knowledgeable and honest with what my roof needed and answered all my questions. Marlena was great at communicating with me prior to and after project completion. The install team works very quickly and does quality work. The reason I'm giving four stars and not five stars is for two reasons. The first is that when they removed my antenna from the roof they destroyed the antenna adapter that connects to my coaxial cable instead of just disconnecting the cable. The second reason is that I never received a follow up to confirming and scheduling a final walk around. Despite these minor issues, I would still use Paramount Roofing in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing roofing services!Service: Roof installation

Contracting Paramount Roofing to replace our roof was the best decesion we made during our home remodeling process. Eric and his team have been great through the process of quoting, installation, and to repair a minor issue that we found 6 years after installation! We had a small leak that started around a bath vent and Paramount quickly responded. Thank You Paramount Building for Honoring your roofing warranty on a Full roof installation approximately 3 years after installation. I called Paramount very friendly office staff they set up an appointment and Matt came out to inspect the roof he found the problem and had a repairman come out to repair the roof. They are definitely in the Roofing business for the long haul by building a solid reputation and taking care of customers after the job is done.I would definitely recommend using them….Thank You!!
