We called seven companies to get our roof quoted. Out of the two that showed up, Prime Star was the best. Matt was easy to work with, and you can tell that he cares about the job. The gentleman that drops off trailers and sets up was on point as well. The roofing foreman was a hard worker who was the last guy to leave. Thanks!

Worked with Matt at Prime Starr. Had an excellent experience. Showed up when he said he would. Got the project quoted and scheduled quickly. All went like clock work, in and out in a single day. Prime Starr is an excellent company to work with for many items on the exterior of your home/building (roofing/siding/gutters/metal work/ ect). Not only do they do great work for a great price and show up when they say they will but they are also really good at diagnosing issues such as leaks in a roof or around the building and know how to repair them. Would highly recommend Prime Starr to anyone looking for a new roof or any of the work they perform.

These guys went above & beyond doing my roof. Replaced my skylights and even trimmed them out. No messes leftover and made sure I was happy with the job before leaving. horrible company !!!!!! My roof almost 5yr old ,already damaged by wind. insurance company inspector said installation problem ,so it will happen again if not repair. this company chosen by my builder, not my choice. but I contacted with them ,spoke with owner wife/tracy ,she treated so rude and call me liar . I NEVER REPAIRED with other company ,just inspected with other roofing company and insurance inspector ,but she said I REPAIRED WITH OTHER COMPANY WHICH IS NOT TRUE . I told her you can come out and check I repaired or not. but she never listen to me and told me I am telling a lie. she insisted not installation problem even builder and insurance inspector said installation problem , out of warranty ,refused to take care of it . I am not recommended this company at all . she treat customer as liar.

Great experience from start to finish. Our roof had a large portion that blew off after a huge wind storm last week. They found the matching shingles and had it replaced the next day. Great company to work with! I'd definitely recommend them!

After months and months of waiting I finally had to call another roofing company. I had a decent size project with 3 buildings and the first went pretty smoothly but horror I encountered on the next two was mind boggling. I always try to help people out when I can and pay as work gets done but in this case I was wrong not only I was pretty much paid up to that point I also told him to pick up a check so we could keep on going!!! I tried text, calling, voicemail, emails, smoke signals nothing worked to get him back….I think the problem is that they are way too busy and undercut prices and then realize that they are going under, Not good business…..I would not recommend the headache with this companyService: Roof installation

The workman explained what he found and how he would repair it. We had water coming at some loose shingles and around a window under the siding. He was very thorough and completely fixed the leak. He was careful with the siding and it looks perfect. Highly recommended!Service: Roof repair

Completely horrible. Roofing crew lacks respect. I showed up to a job and they were all smoking pot right in front of me as if I was not there. Most disrespectful crew of people I have ever met. I wouldn't let them roof my dogs house for free.
