After getting several quotes to replace our roof me and the wife decided to go with Schoenner roofing based on a recommendation from another company we contracted for work. Sales manager Nick came out and gave us a quote that was similar to others. based on him and the great recommendation we chose Schoenner roofing. They came out on 3/15/2024 bright and early like they said and were finishing up when I got home from work around 330. Roof looked great. Upon further inspection I noticed they damaged our brand new gutters. Didn’t attach our oven duct correctly (or at all) and even installed used duct for the bathroom fan. (Looked like they wrapped insulation over our original duct instead of brand new like we were quoted). I replaced the duct myself with supplies left over. I then sent off the pictures to the group chat schooner roofing started with me for the project, they said they would look into it. Fast forward to Monday schooner roofing calls to collect payment and ask about the issues and he said he would fix the gutters and look into the oven exhaust issue.***my gutters were installed a week before the new roof. I should have waited but things didn’t line up. Either way brand new or not I don’t want my gutters damaged. Every progress picture I was sent from Schoenner didn’t show any ladders. My dad was working in the area and caught a picture driving by and it clearly shows a ladder against the gutters. I also do not own a ladder tall enough to lean on the gutters***I will update if Schoenner roofing makes good and repairs the issues I had.

Highly Recommend!!! We recently had our roof completely replaced on our first home. The communication, knowledge, and thoughtfulness of the Schoenherr Roofing team made the whole process amazing! Chad (Project Manager) kept us updated in a text thread with all the timelines and even provided pictures of the progress too. They even had Sam (Quality Control) come out the next day to do a final inspection of the work and sweep the yard for any additional nails or debris. What a great experience! The Salesman, a very friendly gentleman, inspected my roof from the ground… up on the roof and up in the attic. He showed us pictures and explained the problems with our roof. Then he showed us samples of the materials that they use. He is a very knowledgeable person!When we decided to go with the job, he told us approximately when they would start. As the time approached, I received some text messages. One to let me know when the job would start, one to let me know when the supplies would be delivered and one to let me know when the dumpster would be delivered. This company was very informative and punctual!!!The day the job started, the crew draped the landscaping with tarps to protect it from anything that could fall from the roof, they put up sheets of plywood to protect the windows and they also moved our flower pots and chairs that were near the house. I was amazed they did a complete tear off and put a new roof on all in one day!!! These guys worked really hard! What a Great Crew I had!!The “clean up”? Wow! You would never know I just had a new roof put on. And all of my flower pots and chairs were put back.They did a fantastic job!!From start to finish, I knew what was happening and when!! Schoenherr Roofing was great from start to finish. Chad my project manager was awesome. He was constantly keeping me informed on how the project was coming along. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. The work crew did a great job of cleaning up debris as well as sweeping for nails. Overall I am extremely happy with the install and final look of my roof. Schoenherr roofing did an amazing job. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to have your roof replaced.

We had two referrals for this company, and heard nothing but great things about the owner. And I can see why. They matched the lowest price of our other quotes. And gave us a true 5 star experience. Everyone from our sales rep, to the install crew to the owner were amazing. They met our biggest requirement which was an extremely quick turnaround. They had us scheduled within 2 days, and installed within 6 days. They kept us informed in a group chat(which I prefer over emailing) every single step of the way. They got our project done in one full day. The install crew was very friendly and professional. The dumpster was picked up the very next morning, and the owner even took time to follow up the following morning and did a thorough inspection to make sure everything was to mine and my husbands satisfaction. I could not be more impressed with a company.

Totally professional, excellent crew. Service, quality, timeliness, and clean up were 5 stars. I wish health care ran as efficiently as this roofing team does, they seriously have it down to a science. Fantastic salesperson, very knowledgable. The only complaint & reason I gave it 4 stars was that they didn't see 2 layers of roofing until the tear off. Unfortunately, this added $450+/- to the total cost due to extra labor and weight/space in dumpster. That couldn't be financed, so needed to be paid out of pocket. They owned it and communicated it, but it was just a budget surprise I would rather not have had. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend the Schoenherr Roofing team to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. I was very impressed with the knowledge, communication and efficiency of the team. I signed my contract on 3/08 and a few days later, the install date was set for 3/19. The materials were delivered on 3/18, the dumpster was delivered the morning of 3/19. The crew began at 9am and were finished and thoroughly cleaned up by about 4:30pm. The dumpster was removed early the very next morning and the extra material was picked up promptly as well. The final walk through with the project manager was also done the day after install at a time that worked for me. Special shoutout to Brad, the salesperson, who was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and did not use high pressure sales. Chad, the project manager, communicated frequently throughout the project, was easily reachable and was also friendly.I got multiple quotes and am happy I chose Schoenherr!

Extremely impressed with Schoenherr Roofing from the initial call for the quote, to the final invoice after the work was completed. They were punctual, professional, and communicated every step of the process. The initial inspection and quote with Brad was a great experience, and Roberto and his team of roofers did a fantastic job on a very hot day to get the work done. Our family recently had Shoenherr Roofing come by and install a roof on our home. Our sales associate, Brad, walked us through the process and made everything easy. This was our third quote on a roof, and it came out cheaper than the other options. While also providing the exact same shingles offered by the other roofing companies. Prior to the installation of our new roof, we received multiple messages along the way, confirming and explaining the process they were going to take. This company does communication very well. I was home during the process of our roof installation, though that was not required. Schoenherr Roofing was able to work with us in regards to a down payment as well as financing the project. The only thing I would have liked out of the experience, would have been a better cleanup job. We have a deck on one side of our home, and there was asphalt from the old roof tiles left over. It took about 10 minutes of leaf blowing, but is otherwise unremarkable. If you’re in the market of getting a new roof, I would definitely reccomend that you have come out and do a quote. I would give Schoenherr 10 stars if I could. The entire roof replacement process was so stress free from the first phone call to schedule the free inspection to the payment of the invoice. Our salesman, Matt, did a great job explaining to us what was going on with our roof and broke it down so we could easily understand how to improve our situation (as far as ventilation and insulation of our attic). We felt very comfortable talking with him and he was very knowledgeable.Shortly after paying the deposit, the office stayed in touch with us and communicated when the supplies were ordered, when our roof would be installed, and who was assigned to our Team. Turns out, we were out of town the week they installed the roof, and our Project Manager, Chad, was in constant contact with us via text sending updates and pictures the week of the installation. He even made a seperate trip the day before we left to meet us and make sure we were comfortable with the work that would be done. A little issue with a bath fan was discovered during the roof installation and Chad was on top of resolving it for us. He even offered to help coordinate removal of our gutter guards with the company that installed them since we wouldn't be home.I can't convey to you enough how much Schoenherr Roofing cares about Customer Service and your happiness and comfort level during the entire process. We have done many home improvement projects to our home since owning it for 26 years and they are by far the best company/contractor we have worked with.Thank you Matt, Chad, Caleb and everyone at Schoenherr Roofing, we love our new roof!

We needed our roof to be replaced this past summer. We called few companies, set up appointments for estimates. Schoenherr Roofing was the first appointment. Dillan ( I think that was his name) came and it was like we knew each other for years. He was very friendly, very professional. He stayed with us for hours- showing us everything, answering all of our questions, explaining the process. At the end we felt comfortable and hired them on the spot. We called off the rest of the estimate appointments. We had to do more than just replace the roof. We had to change a lot of the wood, replaced the gutters, installed metal siding. The company was always in communication with us, the guys for the roof showed up at exactly 7 am the day of installation. Since we had so much work done the whole process took a few weeks, but it was painless and stress free. We are extremely happy with how our roof turned out to be. We now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood! We would recommend and have recommended Schoenherr Roofing to anyone who needs any roof or siding work done. You get your money’s worth, the quality is impeccable! They were professional with no cursing or smoking.Kept apprised of the progress with photos including pics of wood replaced (before and after). Only tick was the material truck broke some big tree branches that ended up blocking my driveway while I was away at work, luckily my neighbor helped me take care of that.
