The team did a great job installing our window treatments, including shopping for the materials and then installation. After having a horrible experience with someone else, I was skeptical about getting work done, but I NEEDED work done at my home.. I reached out to Cheap Handyman Services and got someone on the first ring.. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for my broken basement window.. He showed up within an hour of our initial phone call.. While he was out I was able to show him a broken toilet in my main bathroom that he was able to repair.. I didn’t need to make a separate appointment although he was there to fix a broken window..I was very pleased with his work and feel as if I’ve finally found a reasonably priced, local handyman for all my home needs..Check him out!

We were very reluctant to hire someone without known references, but turned out hiring Zach and his partner for our project of replacing and painting our rather lengthy deck railing was a good decision. They worked despite the rain and extreme heat. There was great communication, patience with a senior citizen and had fair pricing. In addition, they were very personable, dependable, kept their word, cleaned up all construction mess that was made. Zack installed my closet doors. He did an exceptional job. I had been trying to get my doors hung for 2 years. My son originally hung them and they came down. Zack came and hung them in less than 20 minutes. Zack was friendly, professional, and he does great work. Hired Zak to replace screens at my house. He and Abdul did a great job. There were some unexpected problems because of things the previous homeowner had done. Zak explained everything to me and handled the problems well. Will definitely be hiring Zak for other projects!

I had Zak repaired the egress window well because it was detached from the foundation and the well was caving in. He had to dig up the soil and re-secure the well to the foundation. I asked him to save the sod and put a tarp underneath the removed soil so it doesn't create a mess and ruin my lawn. He did it as promised. He also caulked the interior gap between the well and the foundation as I requested.It was a great pleasure working with Zak and his team. He responded to my job post and asked for some photos. We talked over thumbtack and the communication was smooth. He gave me direct quotes instead of being vague about the cost like many others do.Initially he was sending some guys over on Sunday but then the people didn't show up. I told him about it and he apologized and promised to come over himself on the following Tuesday. All the contractors who I worked with always stood me up on Sundays so I don't blame him for it, and he did come on time on Tuesday.They did everything as promised. In the end they couldn't put all of the removed soil back to the hole (which was expected) and he charged me a bit extra to remove the soil from my lawn. Although there was little bit extra on top of the original quote, the cost was still very reasonable for the job they put in. The soil was saturated and wasn't easy to dig. Overall, I would say "Cheap Handyman Service" is an accurate description of what he offers. I would recommend him to my friends and ask him to take care my future projects.

Worth every penny to have 2 handymen work diligently together to get the job done. They build my Amazon furniture and fixed what I did wrong when attempting to build it myself. They worked very fast and are very professional. They cleaned up after everything was finished too. I would recommend them for handyman services to avoid the frustration of trying to read and understand poorly written instructions from the manufacturer.
