Had our basement drains back up. Joe was easy to get ahold of and came out fast. Ran sewer from clean out in basement to main in street and got some roots. He also ran a drain camera through to make sure it was roots and not something else. Guided us on how to take care of the issue with RootX and maybe a yearly clean out. Joe and his two workers were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Definitely will go back to them if we have anymore issues. Price was very reasonable! Thanks Joe!

I was having an issue with my plumbing and Joe come out the next day to help figure out what the problem was. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally hoped but Joe helped every step of the way and come out on multiple days to make sure we resolved the issue.Joe was super nice and friendly. He took the time to explain what he saw and how he came to his conclusions. He also explained all of the potential options/solutions from cheapest to most expensive but left the final call up to me. He was super cost conscious which was really appreciate especially when it comes to potentially expensive repairs.

What we thought was going to be a simple tub surround replacement turned into a much larger project when water damage was discovered. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joe and Rick! Our upstairs bathroom started leaking into our main floor ceiling, which meant we had no working shower! Every other place I called were days or even weeks out from even taking a look! I called A&K and Joe was able to come out within an hour, diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes, and scheduled to come out the next day.Due to unforeseen issues with when our house was built, there was some additional work that we discovered needed to be done during the initial cleaning. They came out the following day, and spent the entire afternoon finishing the job so we could have a working shower again!Not only was the pricing EXTREMELY reasonable, Joe & Rick are fantastic people who were very personable and just a joy to have in my house to fix my issue. I will 100% be calling them for any of my future plumbing and home improvement needs! Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a water leak which we thought we had fixed. After 2 weeks, we determined we did not. I called Joe & within a day he came over. He found the leak, underneath our very muddy trailer. Called them around 1 on a Saturday due to my tub backing up with water. Joe answered and was very friendly. He let me explain the situation without cutting me off. He was VERY punctual. And had great communication. He gave off the vibe that he knew what he was doing so I let him do his thing without hovering. He was able to unclog my tub drain and it’s now draining better than it has since I’ve owned this house in may of 2021. His price was phenomenal and didn’t break my bank. We had Joe come out to one of our sump pumps in December. He called me back right away and he was very professional. He fixed the pump in a timely manner. I want to say thank u to Joe .I called A&k home improvement to see if they worked on mobile home plumbing. After I called other plumbers to find out that a lot of plumbers will not work on mobile homes . I talked to Joe and ask if they did and he said yes he did and that he would come over and look at the leak in my shower he came over the same day I called him.Let's just say it was not an easy job to change the shower nobes that was leaking but Joe worked on it until it was done trouble shooting the leak all the way. Joe did an awesome job on the shower so I definitely will be calling on A&k home improvement again.

When trying to find someone to services the home’s drains, we were being told that appointments were being scheduled two weeks out. Given that the drains had been clogged since the flooding, we were desperate to find help sooner. A&K was able to provide us with same day service, getting to us within ours of our call to them.
