I was working out of town and the guy that ABC helped me get the material I need to finish the job so I wouldn't have to come back the next day they were great help super friendly and fast we try to use ABC every chance we get because it doesn't matter which one you go to they all treat you the same very well

From Lynn Broka.We bought a large portion of our windows from ABC supply company in Sanford. Last year we had a problem with something shooting out from the lawn mower into the window. We ask ABC to come out and give us an estimate on what it should cost and get it fixed.The insurance company is having a fit about it. Jason has come out twice and never heard anything. We called Saginaw office hoping to get better service from there but the same guy comes out and nothing gets done.Now we have until this week without losing our insurance for our house. Does anybody know where we can get replacements for the windows or challenge ABC to give us some kind of an estimate on what it is that we need to solve this problem with the insurance company? Thank you.

I bought all new windows for my house. One was broken. I have been waiting for 5 MONTHS for a replacement. I have called several times. Every time they take my name and number and don't ever call me back. Worst customer service ever

If you know EXACTLY what you want, this may be the place for you. If you are new to siding and looking for helpful advice and friendly service, I wouldn’t recommend it. We felt degraded by not knowing siding details from when we first walked in the door.
