Everyone was very nice and professional, especially Alisha, and they kept in constant contact. Quote came in almost perfect and have about 600 dollars in extra material to return. If you’re looking for a new roof give them a call, I promise you won’t regret it. This by far was the best Roofing experience that I could have ever imagined. It was as easy as they mentioned. Step 1 a virtual view of your roof.Step 2, a Zoom that explains the entire process. We had our roof stripped and replaced in the fall. The job was completed in two and a half days as we have a large roof. The crew was extremely prompt, efficient, and polite. The cleaned up better than I had thought. The Roofing Resource had fantastic pricing. We purchased a higher end roof material and saved between $10,000 to $17,000 for lower end roofing from three other quotes I had received. I was a bit hestant about dealing with the retailers myself. However The Roofing Resource crew put me at ease and guided me through the process. I would not hesitate to recommend The Roofing Resource to my friends , family, and neighbors. It now looks great and had no issues.

From my first contact with the owner through the completion of the project I was very impressed with the high level of honesty, integrity and responsiveness of the entire Roof Resource team. They provided a white glove level of service which greatly simplified installing a new roof on our home and provided a step by step plan from beginning to end which made the project easy. I communicated most often with Alisha from their Operations team who was very responsive and informative as were my discussions with her associate Brendan. They provided a full-cost estimate which detailed all aspects of the job (materials/ labor/ debris pick-up) and their associated providers gave us superior customer service. Our new roof was installed quickly and under budget as we were able to return a majority of the unused supplies for credit. The most difficult thing that we had to do was select the color of the shingles!Based on my experience I highly recommend the Roof Resource if you are considering installing a new roof- their customer service is outstanding, as is their responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism.

True to the last word! This has been the absolute best service that I have ever received with home repairs. From the very beginning to end everything went 100% according to what I was told. Alisha with Roof Resource was fantastic at keeping us up to date with what and when things would happen. Love the virtual consultation and zero pressure to sign with them on the spot. Appreciate the fact they started off with the total cost no games this is the price.The crew that performed the work was amazing! At one point I looked out the window to see someone from the crew was on a ladder at my neighbor's house looking in their gutters to ensure that debris did not get in their gutters. I've had 5 to 6 quotes for our roof replacement and these individuals came in several thousand cheaper than all the competitors. You get a lifetime warranty on the system that's transferable! The process was seemless through the whole thing and they communicated what was forthcoming. They went the extra mile in trying to resolve an issue I received through the supply company at no fault of their own. They want to help and will help. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The Roof Resource was the best decision. Cathy Edwards was amazing from the second she picked up the phone all the way through the final thank you email. My roof was 20+ years old and had nail pops and constant falling ashphalt from the shingles being exposed to the elements for so long. I spoke with my insurance agent, and he gave me all of the details of making a claim. After the decision to instead pay cash for the roof I had a new roof on my house in less then a week. The process of getting a quote to getting the materials and dumpsters was a breeze and always facilitated correctly and promptly by Cathy. It was the day of and I woke up to grab a cup of coffee at 6:45am and heard the crew on the roof for tear off by 7am. Once the job was completed(4 hours later) I got a call from Cathy explaining next steps, and because the crew didn't use all of the materials and I owned them.... I took shingles and other materials back to the supply house for a $700+ refund. I highly suggest to work with the Roof Resource as I promise you will have a great experience.

I need to make a correction. I left a review previously and accidentally hit one star. This company deserves 5 across the board! They were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was courteous, helpful, patient and went above and beyond. I was on a time crunch to get the roof done on my rental property in time to close the sale of the property. Adam worked his magic and got the date moved to make sure it was done in time. The lenders then placed several hoops to jump through in our path and again Adam came to the rescue, jumping right through the hoops with me. He never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt, though I know I was! I will be using Roof resource again soon for my primary home & any in the future! Thanks Adam and Alisha for all your help! The experience was great from start to finish. Mike and Kathy were informative and thorough. They laid out what would happen and when and communicated as necessary. I had got a quote from another company and the difference was about $5000 maybe more since we ended up needing a complete tear off of all the old plywood, and that was not part of the other companies quote. We started to see some water intrusion evidence on our ceilings so we called a roofing company to come out and perform an inspection. They noted that it looked like our roof was in need of replacement due to a number of signs. Because I'm an engineer, and I need to vet everything, I called two additional companies and had them come out and do inspections as well. Well, the consensus was that we were, in fact, in need of a new roof. We had two of the three roofing companies provide us quotes. The price for each came in pretty high. One company just provided one price, but didn't specify the type of material that would be provided. The second company provided a quote with Good, Better, and Best pricing based on the materials selected. Then we heard about The Roof Resource from a friend, who had heard about them from another friend, who was also a customer. I contacted them through their website, and was blown away by the whole experience. They quoted us one price, using top of the line materials, that was about $10,000 cheaper than the only other quote that we received that specified use of comparable quality materials. So we decided to go with The Roof Resource. We had our roof installed a little over a week ago and we couldn't be more pleased. They hit home runs with just about every opportunity. First, their transparency is amazing. They provide a very detailed material list that includes at cost pricing for every single item needed. (They do not mark-up the material price). Second, you purchase the material straight from the supplier. The huge benefit of this is that YOU own the material, and you can return any material that isn't used. We received over $800 back when I returned the unused materials. You also pay the installers directly, so there is no mark-up on install costs either. We had one minor hiccup with the install, but it was 100% on me for not reading the proposal fully, and the installer was very understanding and patient with us while we worked out the solution. We recommend The Roof Resource 100%. We won't need to ever replace our roof again, because it will certainly outlast us, but we will recommend them to any and everyone we know in need of a new roof. Wow, just wow! Three weeks ago I discovered my parents had sizeable hole in their roof. It had been over 25 years since they had a roof put on and probably 50 years since there was a tear off. I made the decision it was time to get a new roof put on and worried about the cost as we don't have a lot. I was referred to The Roof Resource from a trusted friend and coworker (we work in real estate). Everything ran so smooth and the communication was top notch. I got 200% level of service and product at only 50% of the cost. I saved $12,000 AND got top of the line shingles. It has only been four days since completion but I have already referred them to three people and will continue to do so. Update: 09/13/23Just wanted to do a quick update and say that all has gone well a year after my roof replacement. I have had no issues at all and I am completely happy with Roof Resourses and the work!Roof Resources acted as the contact point in setting and getting all roofing materials and labor for a complete roof replacement at a very good price. I had the ability to upgrade to the shingle I wanted and saved about $3500 over other estimates.You work with them to pick out your shingles and they figure out all the materials and set up the installation and all other parts of the process. You get a price contract with all details spelled out up front then you pay each component directly i.e.. Roof Resource fee, roofing materials and labor to each party.Mike and Kathy at Roof Resources keeps you up to date as you go through the process, who to call and pay and when materials and crew will arrive. The labor was paid after it was completed and we inspected it.At the end of the process I returned the unopened left over materials to the roofing supply store and a few days later received over $400 back from the unused materials.Mike followed up with emails and phone calls to check that everything was done to my satisfaction.I whole heartedly recommend The Roof Resource as a different way of getting a roof replacement and I saved in the process!Det.
