Jeff Alexander and WMR did a GREAT job! I called four local roofing companies to get a quote on my home. Three responded and 2 showed up at our scheduled time to see the job and prepare an estimate. One of the two never provided an estimate, but Jeff Alexander from West MI Roofing was prompt, always available to answer questions and gave a very fair estimate. The crew who did the roof did a wonderful job. They were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up afterwards and did such a great job on clean up you couldn't tell they had even been there except for the fact that I have a new roof. I'd highly recommend WMR and ask for Jeff, he'll be there for you for the entire job!

The installers were very polite and made sure that the site was clean when they were done. I recommend that you contact Scott if you have any roofing needs.

Highly recommend working with Jason Burks. We had dealt with Jason when he was with another company, and felt he went above and beyond what is expected of him. When it came time to finally get the roof done, we knew we wanted to deal with Jason and found out he was now working with West Michigan Roofing. He was the deciding factor for our decision in going with them. With that being said, we're very pleased with our new roof and as long as Jason is there we will use them for future projects.

I had someone from West Michigan come out to give me a quote for a new roof. The guy was nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He told me he’d send me a quote by the end of the week. The end of that week he sent me pictures of the roof and said he’d still get the quote to me. Three weeks later he calls me asking if I still need a quote. Nope I’m good, I went with a company who actually wants my business.

Matt Richie came out to give an estimate and over sold the company and under delivered in communication and follow throughAnd in attempting to get follow up or communication before spending tens of thousands of dollars the receptionist also was short tempered and rudeI can follow up with screenshots of the conversation between Matt and myself if the owner cares
