Doan restoration was able to show up to contain fire damage less than an hour after it occurred, mitigating the damage and allowing us to save many things inside. Chad in particular was extremely helpful and even provided room by room testing to assess the extent of the smoke damage. Furthermore, when the contractor who started the fire refused to cover the cost and ghosted both myself and Doan, Chad stepped in to help get my wife and I back in our house at an affordable rate despite the cost to him and his business. You don't see that much anymore and I can't understate the respect I have for his assistance!

I had a small fire in my oven, well I shouldn’t say small because I had ALOT of smoke damage. I was freaking out because I really never had to deal with anything like this before. I was put in touch with Becky and she dispatched her team and I was able to make an insurance claim so I didn’t have to come out of pocket. The process was as painless as it could possibly be and Becky didn’t get annoyed with all my questions, and I had ALOT! Thank you Becky!

Great Company- I reached out to Doan Restoration to assist with water leakage in my kitchen, they were onsite within 1.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon to start mitigating the water damage. On Monday Tyler, Kashi and Bryan were on-site and packed up front room kitchen and dining room furniture and moved to my basement and Garage Area and they performed a Great Job!
