We couldn’t have asked for a better company than Dri Force! We called them in the morning of our basement flood due to a broken pipe and they were at our house right away. They got to work right away to get the area dried out. They even helped us with our insurance claim which was much appreciated. Once the job was complete and the damage repaired it looked better than it did before the flood. We were so pleased with this company and highly recommended them!

We had a small but annoying leak in the corner of our basement and we couldn't pinpoint the issue. The DriForce team was amazing and found the problem quickly. We didn't know that the previous owners had installed the leak protection system and it had failed. All of the damage ended up being covered by insurance which was awesome, saving us a ton of money and ongoing headaches. Driforce repaired everything, we got new flooring and the basement has remained dry for the past 5 plus years! So grateful for their insightful, helpful and detailed oriented work.

This is our second time working with DriForce in 4 years on our properties. The great thing about DriForce, in an emergency flood situation, is they respond immediately & start work that same day. They are professional and work clean, so the rest of the house isn't impacted at all. They are hardly noticed while working.They work incredibly fast and duplicated the damaged materials so the restored basement looked like the flood never happened! We had a backup sewer issue in our basement. The DriForce owner came to our house on Sunday as soon as we called him to assess the damage. He had his crew at our house the next day, Monday at 8:00 a.m. to clean up the damage. He arranged over the next five days to have our basement cleaned and sanitized. He has numerous staff that where incredibly professional and efficient. The equipment the crew used removed the smell completely. I would strongly recommend DriForce!

Our sump pump failed which led to about an inch of water in our finished basement . DriForce came out within an hour of calling, gave us a quote, and had a crew out within two hours. Within a day and a half, all the carpet was removed, drywall cut up two feet, and damaged contents were removed. They were fast, clean, and very professional along the way as we awaited reimbursement for our insurance claim. DriForce did a great job on a full basement renovation following water damage. They were extremely professional. Jim showed up at our house less than an hour after we called to assess the damage and begin the dry out. Graham did a wonderful job scheduling the many subcontractors and kept the project moving quickly. He was extremely responsive. He also was a huge help dealing with our insurance company. The carpenters, Dan and Beau, do top notch work. They were always very professional and had great attention to detail. Overall, I was EXTREMELY happy with the process and the end product.
