Notice there's no recent reviews? Here's mine. I hired this company for a house flood. Completely unresponsive for the remediation, at one point my "specialist" (unnaned so they don't take this down like the rest) yelled at me for calling him while he was "in Florida with his wife" while I was homeless in Michigan in February. After delays upon delays, I foolishly tried to use them for the rebuild. They did one day of work and I had to end it. Insurance paid for plywood subfloors and they installed fiber board (unsuitable for subfloors). They also primed over picture hooks in the wall and couldn't properly install drywall (pictured), totally careless. The house still smells from the subpar remediation 2 years later. This company preys on vulnerable people and profits immensely from insurance claims. Absolutely avoid this company. I can't fathom treating a customer the way I was treated.

Amazing company. They responded immediately. Came out to check on my bathroom leak that came down into my kitchen. Cleaned everything and had to redo the entire bathroom and flooring on the main level. My project manager helped me all the way through.Everything turned out amazingly. Would highly recommend.

They were very professional and cleaned up my flood and restored the house better than before. Very seamless and little help from my side in dealing with insurance. Good luck but would use them every time.

I have called this company 2 times over the last two years. The first time was in June 2021 when Grosse Pointe was flooded. Emergency Restoration showed up with its equipment and crews. They immediately started emptying the basement and cleaned up a big, flooded mess. Within 2 days, the big parts of the job were done preventing far greater damage. They left their dry-out gear in place until everything was bone dry.Emergency Response just came out again this week to respond to a rodent problem with our crawl space. This was the only company to give a viable solution to the problem. Pest control companies just threw up their hands and said there was nothing to be done. Their crew worked neatly and efficiently finishing up the project in one day.The company owner or his manager touched base with us to make sure things worked out on both jobs.My neighbors have hired them, and they also had good things to report. Made a terrible situation (tenant vandalism) into a positive one (restored)- All parties I worked with at ER were very responsive- ER worked directly with my insurance and provided all necessary information making the process easy on me- ER coordinated and handled my inspection- ER ordered and installed exactly what i choose- Ultimately made it possible for me to accept an offer on my house within a few days of putting it on the market

Emergency Restoration is a great business. We had a car crash into our office after the driver had a medical episode. The crash caused severe structural damage to the building and although the driver was physically unharmed, we had quite a mess to clean up. Al David, Mike Perrin and their team took great care of us. They made the project easy to deal with from beginning to end and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Emergency Restoration. Thanks for getting us back up and running fellas!

I cannot begin to thank ERS enough. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with any restoration issue without any reservation. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they are experienced and saved my entire family including our young children from any further asbestos exposure that was not recognized by a previous restoration company. They immediately recognized hazards upon walking into our home and proceeded to guide us through the entire process of getting our home abated from asbestos and back to living condition after water damage. They are a one stop company and they complete every step of the process from the mitigation to the reconstruction. Most importantly, you can TRUST them, which is not something I can say for any other company that I have dealt with. They care about each individual case on a personal level and they will go out of their way to assure that you are completely taken care of. In addition, every single person that works for them was professional and competent. I cannot say enough about them and was even sad to see them leave our home when the project was completed. I recently took care of some basement waterproofing through another company and 2 days later a pipe burst in my finished basement. I'm currently a single mom while my husband is deployed in the middle east, so you can imagine that I was completely distraught - especially after having to deal with the waterproofing issue on my own and not having a clue what to do or where to start. After starting the claim with my insurance, I called Emergency Restoration. They handled EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about calling any other company or any other department within their company because they had someone to handle each aspect - from dealing with my insurance, to the mitigation, to the packout, to the final restoration. I don't believe I even had to call them outside of that initial call, that's how great they were at keeping me informed of what was going on and what would happen next. They always explained everything to me in detail. Also, I felt completely comfortable at all times with the workers coming in and out of my house - that's a big deal when you're a female alone with a small child. The quality of the work done is superb and my basement actually looks better than before! I can't say enough good things about this company! Thank you to everyone at Emergency Restoration for making my nightmare manageable and ending with such great results!

Waking up to raw sewage in my basement was bad enough but my husband was leaving on a trip that day. I was nervous handling this by myself but Emergency Restoration arrived even before the plumber. From our initial contact with the professionals at Emergency Restoration through the completion of the reconstruction of our master bathroom after a water leak, our experience could not have been better. Everyone we had contact with were incredible, caring and thorough. Our project manager, Lee, was knowledgeable in all areas, explained everything in a way we understood, and walked us through the process and kept us in the loop at all times. His dedication to us and to every detail was more than impressive and appreciated more than word can say. The trades that were brought into our home and everyone associated with Emergency Restoration were so respectful and took great pride in doing the job right. We feel so blessed and grateful that Lee and Emergency Restoration were on our side making our master bath showroom worthy and taking care of the other areas in our home damaged by the water. We would highly recommend this company to anyone, and wish that there were more than 5 stars to rate it!!! Emergency Restoration is a class act!

I can’t say enough about this company. They cleaned out my basement and carefully cut up my walls of drywall/paneling so I could put it back together after the May 1st flooding. I called the office yesterday to ask them what they used to cut the nice straight lines. Billy Jackson informed me that it was a sawzall. I’m redoing my basement on my own for financial reasons. I was using a small circular saw that wouldn’t get into the corners. Billy told me he would send out a couple guys out to cut the walls to where I needed them. Mike and Brandon showed up this morning and cut the walls and removed all the debris. No charge...although I gave them some money for a nice lunch or dinner. Strongly recommend this company!

Emergency restoration may be experts in basement cleaning after floods and mold removal but I have found that they are also experts in finding contractors to resolve other household issues like electrical, plastering, painting, door repairs, locksmith, and gutter repair. Contractors were prompt, courteous, and did good work. Mike Perrin has been the project manager for all of my requests and I could not have found anyone better. THANK YOU!

I was up north, 300 miles away from home when my wife called to tell me that our basement had water throughout it. Seems our water heater had burst on the bottom and water had been running for 20 hours. I came home to an absolute mess. I called Emergency Restoration and the owner himself came out to assess the situation. He showed me the meter readings for moisture in my drywall and mapped out a plan for a pack out and reconstruction. The process was unbelievably smooth. Two crews converged on my basement, where they proceeded to carefully photograph the scene, tear out the wet carpeting and pack out my belongings. A project manager was assigned to my case and Emergency Restoration worked hand-in-hand with my claims adjuster. There were a few snafus with my insurance company, but ER took care of everything. I was even able to use ER's certified list of contractors for the drywall replacement, repainting and carpeting. My basement looks exactly as it did before the flood. I've heard horror stories about these types of situations, but the entire staff of Emergency Restoration took a potentially worrisome situation and removed 99% of the stress from it. I only rated them five stars because I wasn't able to give them six!

Have to stay on top of them. Guy came out to give me an estimate it took me 2 weeks to get it. Guy said job would be done by the 1st of July and it took until the 12th of July. Guy who did the work told me HE would have chosen a nicer material then I picked out. I told him I am flipping the house not living in it. Had to beg for a detailed receipt after spending $3,000 in cash! It is good work but the work YOU have to put in staying on top of them is headache inducing.

Emergency Restoration came out to our home we just purchased and did an amazing job cleaning the rugs in the bedrooms, we even had large area rugs that needed to be cleaned so they took them back to their shop and cleaned them, now they look like brand new! I would highly recommend Emergency Restoration!

Dude let me tell you months of living in hell. I threw out all my stuff. I called a few people to look at my home. Spent thousands had chimney sweep nothing seemed to work. I threw my bed my dresser couch and carpet. Just to have these guys come and save me more or less depends how you look at it. I paid for a air test and more . I painted my entire home with kills and it cost me everything. Stay away from that product.Now i have to Show lack the whole home. Again and buy paint again . I will spend 1200 on that plus paint god help me. But anyhow thank you for being good at your job if only other companies would do this. Thank you for getting me back to living. Not sure how I'll pay for all this but at least i have a goal.

Emergency Restoration made my water leaking nightmare go away! I had a ceiling leak that became worse during the last round of storms that removed shingles making the drip into a torrent that broke through the ceiling. They came out, tarped the roof, helped file the claim, and immediately jumped in to action. Within two weeks the roof was re-shingled, attic was treated and insulated. The interior ceiling put back together and the floors completely stripped and stained removing the water damaged floor boards.Excellent work, great staff through-out the process, and it feels like home again!
