The service we received from Keli and his crew when our basement flooded was top-notch. Literally words cannot express the professionalism, compassion and work ethic of this company. From the office staff that answered the telephone when we called, to Keli coming out and assessing the damage, to his team working tirelessly in our home for many hours. All I can say is that they were amazing and if you have the misfortune to have a flooding situation, you should call MGM.

We had an unfortunate sewer back up and our home theater in our basement was destroyed. MGM did a phenomenal job with the restoration and was FAST. The guys that worked the job were on time every day and Keli, the project manager kept an open line of communication between myself and the adjuster. If you have damage to your home and are looking for a professional, reliable, trustworthy, efficient, caring and hardworking company – please contact MGM – you will be very glad you did! I highly recommend them!My basement flooded at the worst time of my life, my mom was at the end of her life. To say I was distraught and overwhelmed would be an understatement. I ran home real quick and found my entire 1,500 square foot, fully finished basement under water. My sump pump, back-up sump pump and flood sensor alarm all failed. MGM Restoration came highly recommend by a few people I know, so I contacted them. I initially spoke with Leo, who was absolutely wonderful and such a big help. He put me in contact with Keli, and within 20 minutes of speaking with him, Elvis was at my house to assess the damage. Elvis then had a crew at my house within an hour. I want to add that this was New Year’s Day. Tony and the rest of the crew worked extremely hard to remove the carpet, padding, molding, damaged drywall, furniture & belongings, clean up the water and to set up driers & dehumidifiers – all while being efficient, caring and respectful. Keli was an excellent Project Manager, and was very kind and caring. He explained the water mitigation and insurance process so that I understood, answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and came by frequently to check on the basement and the drying process. Excellent customer service!

I am completely satisfied with this company from beginning to end. Elvis was the project manager who came out, measured and explained everything. Tony and another guy did the work to perfection. From the plaster, drywall, sanding and painting. They moved my furniture, covered things and treated my home like it was theirs. I'm glad I went with them. I highly recommend this company.

We had the unfortunate experience of our washing machine overflooding on new flooring. The thought of having water under my new hardwood floor was gut-wrenching. This all happened at a very unfortunate time. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with during the holidays. A quick Google search popped up MGM. Kelly was at my house within an hour and quickly assessed the situation. After his initial inspection, Kelly advised me that we needed to act right away to preserve my precious new hardwood. The MGM team was excellent throughout the entire process. It was easy to get ahold of Kelly the PM assigned to my project. The team was very professional, and they went above and beyond to make I was satisfied with the work they performed. It was effortless to do business with MGM. They provided all the information required by my insurance company.

A company that stands behind their work!! Had a tub overflow that flooded over half are house and mgm came right out and worked until all the water was cleaned up and then put out dryer fans and dehumidifier for several days. Ken communicated with very well and was always their via phone for any questions. His workers worked hard and was very careful in are home. We found a area of water under are homes underbelly that got past them (it was a big job) but they are coming back out to rectify the situation even after its been a few months ago and just found...Ken had no issue and told me to call him with any new info or questions with his direct cell. We shouldve had these guys do the remodel as well but instead went with jonny on the spot due to his good reviews and that turned out to be a mistake. Mgm has my future bussiness. Honest and trustworthy and quality work.

Our MGM project manager, Elvis and his team of professional craftsmen, provided superior response and quality in servicing our claim. The work included replacement of a front entrance double, storm and entry door. Baseboard trim repair was done also. Steve, the owner, also provided great follow up to insure quality of workmanship. This involvement lead to our requesting MGM to do additional work, which included installation of a water powered sump pump backup system, and interior door repairs. Excellent work and attention to detail. Great communication. Design suggestions were provided even if it resulted in lower cost, having choices was nice. Estimates are provided with detail broken down which was much appreciated and costs were reasonable.I worked with Steve exclusively​ but met most of the team of project managers throughout the remodel. Each added experience and background whenever possible. After dealing with multiple previous rude and overpriced remodel companies MGM was a blessing.There is nothing MGM won't do to make the project vision come to reality. Thank you guys! When my neighbors water pipes froze and there was major water damage to my condo, I called MGM Restoration to complete the remediation and the restoration work. Steve, the project manager was very knowledgeable about the process and empathetic towards my family needs. He covered with me the next steps and the MGM crew came in and started the cleanup process. Al and his team did an amazing job fixing up my damaged condo! During the big freeze in the beginning of 2019, a pipe burst and damaged the whole condo.
