I hired Swift Services LLC to replace the existing roof of my residence and they did an excellent job. First and foremost, the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Also, owner Jim Swift kept frequent and regular communication with me, ensuring that the work was done promptly on schedule. Plus, their masonry specialist did a great job of fortifying my chimney. In addition, the crew members were meticulous in their post-job clean-up, leaving my property in immaculate condition; and a special thanks to Robert, who repaired the gutter foundation of my garage-roof and added a nice finishing touch to the new roof on the house. Swift Services LLC is first-rate all the way.

Jim was friendly, respectful, and great to work with. The job got done quickly, with high quality as far as I can tell (no leaks for 3 months since the work was done), and for a reasonable price.The price was $7k for a full roof replacement for my ~1100 sqft house, including adding ample ventilation, waterproofing, and replacement of rotten boards.I appreciate that Jim quoted the work for free and encouraged me to think about it and price compare if I wished, rather than being pushy like most salesmen.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company, the owner Jim worked with our insurance adjuster before we even committed to use him for the job. Once we booked we had a date within the week for the job to be done. A crew of about 8 people showed up at 7:45 and began work at 8 am. They tore off my old roof, Replaced boards from water damage, ripped down an old chimney, installed a new roof and completed the job by 5 PM. My yard was cleaned up from all the nails and they blew all the leaves off my patios, my yard looked wonderful you could not even tell they were there. While at my house, the crew were nice answered any questions I had, and were very polite. I most likely will have them back in the summer to install gutters. Jim came out to review the job as soon as the snow cleared. He gave a competitive quote, and after needing to reschedule once, sent a team out promptly. They worked diligently to repair what turned out to be a gap between the main roof's asphalt shingles, and a metal mansard style roof over a bay window. I was waiting for some rain to fully test their repair, but after a couple of medium showers, their repair has proven to be solid. On top of their effective solution, their team was very responsive and easy to work with.

I had a small leak on my roof over my front porch that was coming from the second story downspout. I looked up roofing contractors, and eventually looked at Better Business Bureau and swift services. Had an A+ excellent record so I called Jim and he immediately responded to me by the next day, and had somebody out and looked at it, we agreed upon a price in and a contract. The very next day his guy came out, fix the problem with no hassles and no problems. It appears he did an excellent job and I’m glad that I looked at the Better Business Bureau to find Jim at swift services, I definitely would recommend them For future work and also he is going to be looking at my sisters house in West Bloomfield that has a minor leak that needs to be addressed so if you’re looking for a roofing contractor I highly recommend Jim at swift services LLCService: Roof damage repair

Swift repaired my roof some time ago and I was very satisfied with their work and price. Sometime later, a "roofer" sent me a flyer telling me there was hail and wind damage in the area and my roof may have damage which is difficult to see and they would give me a free roof inspection. So I called and they told me there was damage and I needed a new roof. Well, I needed another opinion, so I called Jim. I knew he would give me an honest opinion, which he did. He said I didn't need a new roof as there was no visible damage and he even put it in writing. I know who my roofer will be when I do need a new roof. Trust is a rare commodity these days. Had a small roof repair job and some internet lines that needed re-tensioning. They came in less than one day to do the estimate and two days later came and finished the job all based on an initial schedule of two weeks I called them back to roof my garage and I had a time constraint which they met, did a good clean up and I am very happy.
