Plus, I love that Kelly from Infinity came out for photos and to check everything. She was so kind and professional. Rich, Luke and Brian just finished installing a wheelchair ramp for us. Our needs were completely met with the ramp, it was a big improvement from what we had been using. The crew was very professional, efficient, competent and courteous. Cleaned up well after themselves, left the worksite very clean. Would highly recommend Infinity home improvement to anyone who requires their services. Mitchell was a godsend at getting the job done earlier, and Robert in combination with Mitchell were instrumental in getting the job done much earlier than expected. Such a blessing as we are getting used to having this wheelchair ramp as part of our lives. Mitchell was also a delight to talk to and very graciously assisted in obtaining special sand for the wheelchair ramp. Can’t say enough good things about this entire company, God bless you all. Infinity Home Improvements recently replace my deck and front porch. The stairs on both projects were specially designed for safer use. The builders, Rich, Aaron, Luke and Brian, were cheerful, efficient and neat. The sales designer, James, was responsive and presented options to choose from. I'd have all of them back for any project.Now the siding and new front door is in. Everything looks better than I hoped. Applause for my office gals, Cindy M and Alice A. Another shout-out to James who assisted me with design plans and trouble shooting. The biggest applause is for the construction crew, James A, Joe, Ryan, Lyrica and David. This crew worked hard through nasty spring weather and a house that is not "square". They were cheerful, worked great as a team, respected my property and were more than nice to my pesky dog, Buddie who seemed to believe the crew was there for his personal entertainment. The noise associated with most construction jobs was much less than I expected down to quieter hammering, music and communication. I would have them back anytime.Lori K

I had an appointment with Mitchell Stockel today, I have had him out for work on my home in Grand Haven multiple times, words cannot describe how wonderful my experience has been every single time, he is kind, polite, a wealth of knowledge and information. I used Home Infinity for gutter work in 2023, they provide great service and have a high quality install team. I had windows installed. Took over 4 months when I was told 6-8 weeks. (Which would have been fine if they called to give an update at least one time). After windows were installed. They left all of the broken trim and old windows. Many of the items had nails sticking out of the them. I have a blind dog and they left broken items on our deck outside. They did not seal the outside of the windows. It’s now starting to snow which will be getting inside and damaging the windows. I have called 6 times and left voicemails and they have been unresponsive. I’m now trying to find a contractor to come out and fix their mistakes. I also had to file a dispute with my bank who is now looking into the transaction/service. Attached are photos of the unsealed windows on the outside. You can see the screws that are exposed to the weather. Also the garbage they just left and never came back to clean up. I will change my review if they fix the issue (or maybe even just call back to communicate anything)

I have been screwed out of my money by Bob, Drew, and Stacey. They play the finger pointing game and do not pay their subcontractors the agreed amount. I'm having to sue customers to get my money.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I will post an update about the lawsuit.
