We’ve used Ben & his crew for new window installation, window replacement, and sliding glass door replacement at two different houses now. He is meticulous, detail-oriented, and extremely honest about everything he does. He shows up exactly when he says he will and has always been very responsive to our random questions and requests. He has not hesitated to break down the pros and cons of every product we’ve bought from him, and that is really helpful when you’re Trying to compare six different brands and five different quotes! I had ML Windows replace all of the windows in my home and garage this Fall, totaling to 21 units. This included; double hung, casement, tri light slider, double slides, and barn sash windows. It was a large job that took Ben (the owner) & his team several days to complete while battling with weather. I was told by a large local competitor that they could complete this job in a day as they would send 8 people to work like ants on a cupcake. My home was built in the 1950's and has a lot of quirks, I wanted a team that would take their time to get the job done right and that is what I received with ML windows. In addition to the window installation, Ben also wrapped some trim on my home with aluminum so that all of the front façade would have matching trim. This was an added bonus to use his talent while onsite.I did have a couple initial quality issues with caulking from one of his employees, but Ben worked diligently to repair all issues to make it right. We are all human, mistakes happen, but how a business chooses to respond to errors is what matters. ML Windows made it right.If there is one thing I would suggest to ML Windows it is to make the ordering & contract communication more detailed and precise. We were short one window initially and this could have been avoided if more detail was shared from the beginning. Nonetheless, Ben still made it right and I had the new window in a short couple of weeks, no big deal!Ben would probably attest to me being a detail oriented client and with that, I will add that I am satisfied with his overall workmanship. Ben was great to work with, I needed some windows replaced and it was a challenging job that he and his team did a great job on. There were potential extra charges that I would incur, that I figured on, and they dealt with me fairly on the extras. I would definitely use them again.Great job guys!

We initial asked him to replace one window but do to his workmanship, communication, and his ability to listen to our needs, we asked him to come back and replace all of our windows! Ben was very responsive, honest and professional. I contacted him on Sunday to get a quote to repair siding (installed by another company) and he responded on Monday. He came out to take a look and said it was an easy fix for him. He was out the next week and now I have confidence I won’t be having any further issues. Very please with our entire window experience with Ben! In addition to Ben, we had two other window companies come quote us. Ben was the only one who provided professional insight into how the window would affect the character of the house if we changed the design. We decided to trust his judgement and are very pleased with how it looks. Ben was also the most reasonably priced out of the 3 quotes- this was not the deciding factor for us, however.I also want to mention that Ben and his worker (whom I didn't catch the name of) worked for 5+ hours in the pouring rain. While it wasn't expected that they work through the rain, it was appreciated as we didn't want the project to drag on into two days.Ben has "won" our business and we feel comfortable referring others to him :)

He and his crew worked on the coldest day of this past February with minor disturbance and inconvenience to us installing 7 windows. I received a number of quotes for replacing the windows in my house and went with ML largely based on internet reviews. This was a good decision. First of all, I've learned the value of having the person who does the work be the person who makes the quote. Ben could see what sorts of challenges he was going to face and made a fair and competitive bid. Second, he is an excellent craftsman. He faced some pretty unique problems in the installation and handled them all deftly. The final result is fantastic. Finally, given some of the complications he faced and additional costs to the project, I assumed my final bill would come in above the quote, and I was perfectly fine with this. But, no. He stuck to our original agreement even after I let him know I thought he was entitled to more.Maybe the best way to sum it up is this: I feel he did the work on my house with the same care, pride, and attention to detail with which he would have done his own. I couldn't be more pleased.
