I was referred to Will Harris at Reyes Building & Exteriors for an evaluation on my roof.I was very impressed with the time he took and all the pictures he took of where I had issues on my roof.It is one thing to tell someone there are problems, but to actually see them is very impressive. I had some things going on that needed immediate attention, and that is what we did.I was scheduled within 2 weeks, and the job was completed today. I am very happy with my new roof.This is the most amazing crew... They are so organized, and the job was completely done in 5 hours.The cleanup and final inspection say a lot for their workmanship. They made sure everything was complete before leaving.I will highly recommend this group for a job well done.

First of all, I have to say if you are looking for a Roofer look no further! This company blew me away! Will Harris went over all that they offer and explained in detail how they operate. Not to mention their price was very affordable! The important thing for me was not damaging my deck and perennials. They were meticulous! They had large pieces of steel to catch all the old shingles and had machinery to capture all the shingles and then move them to the dumpster! I was taken back as to how they have this down to a science. Not to mention, they roofed our home and 3/ car garage in 1 day! They had a team here! Will Harris was amazing. He came back got on the roof to inspect and went around our home 3-4 times, making sure not one nail was left.It was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor! I’d trust them with any home project thoroughly! I will continue to share my experience with everyone I know. There’s nothing nicer than finding a company who truly cares!

Very pleased with the service provided by Reyes Building and Exteriors. I had first heard of them when my neighbors were getting their roof replaced due to hail damage. I was impressed with their professionalism and that they took it upon themselves to personally inform me of the work they would be doing.I decided to have my roof replaced, also due to storm damage, and Mr. William Harris helped me the whole way through. Will was extremely thorough with the entire process, any questions I had were answered satisfactorily. Will was present at the start, middle, and end of the roof replacement and was very transparent with every small detail of the work they would be doing, including any deviations or extra costs. Shoutout to all the gentlemen working on my roof, too. The whole crew was friendly, hardworking, and expedient. They swept the area for debris and cleaned up ALL of the fallen nails, wood, and other debris left behind.Everyone was extremely professional and so far I am happy with my new roof!

Reyes is a top of the line company. First the roof and gutters that were installed at my home after a hail storm are beautiful. The job was done quickly and professionally. The representatives Antonio and Mike were well informed and easy to work with. I had a mortgage company that micromanaged the job. Also a complicated issue with the insurance company on the last payment. I experienced kindness and patience regarding these issues. It meant a longer than usual wait to make final payment after the job was completed. Could not ask for a better experience.

Can't say enough about how great this company is. Will Harris was phenomenal at walking us through the process and "the other" Will came in with a great price for us. The crew came and had the whole roof done by 1:00 in the afternoon!! And the clean up made it look like they were never here. Couldn't be happier.

We have had 4 leaks in my roof since they installed it 5 years ago! We have even had to rely on a different roofing company to fix them because Reyes Roofing would not. Next, we called the City Building Inspector and they confirmed Reyes was supposed to Re-deck the roof but didn't, and we have had leak after leak since the original wood boards are so far apart. We cannot believe a company like this is in business and we will probably eventually need a whole new roof because of them! Do NOT let them work on your house at all! We do not even know how to move forward with all the damage they have caused. This has been a nightmare for us!

They went above and beyond with our new roof! A few things to note about Reyes:1. Extremely communicative. You will get phone calls, texts, and pictures throughout the process. No questions are shut down.2. Fast and on time. They were able to get to our leaking and damaged roof replaced ASAP. On top of that, their employees promptly started at the crack of dawn and worked the entire day to get the job done!3. They care about your property by properly protecting and moving all furniture and landscaping. They also thoroughly cleaned up around the home afterwards.4. No surprise costs. Everyone knows a roof is a big expense and I appreciate that what was estimated for our replacement was exactly what it costs. Not a cent more.5. They don't contract out their workers!!6. The roof looks super good 👌 and we have a warranty in case anything leaks.Thanks for taking care of my house!

We had a great experience with them while they were doing our large roofing project and they gave a 15 year best in business warranty except they won't return your messages after you pay them for the roof. A piece of trim popped off a month or so after the roof was completed and won't come back to replace or repair it. I would be fine paying for it but they won't even return my messages. We had our roof done on our home, quick and easy! We ended up needing all new boards for our roof that was not planned on, and they got this all done for us within the same day no problem. Our sales rep helped us through the process of picking the perfect color shingles and coordinating parts for our roof every step of the way, and kept us updated on our schedule as well in the weeks prior and even the day of. All I have to say are great things about Antoni and Reyes Building and Exteriors. From the minute they showed up after a big hail storm to the minute they finished the job. Reyes were nothing but pure professionals. They walked us through the process step by step and worked with my insurance company to get us everything we deserved and more. They completed a full roof tear down and rebuild in one day. Followed up by adding new gutters and repairing the siding a few days later. The crew were very good at what they do and cleaned up as if they were never there. Everything looks so good several of neighbors are getting new roofs as well and I will be bringing up Reyes at the next association meeting to get more families this same great service . Reyes Exterior Renovation came to my home to fix a complicated area with my soffit. They listened to me, understood my priority, and were incredibly nice.When they came out the first day they tried to get on my roof to start repairs and noticed it was too hot and that walking on my roof would ruin the look of the shingles. They let me know they would out early the next day to avoid any damage. Showed up early the next day and had my repairs done in a timely manner. They communicated well and I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work from honest people.

Their project manager, Antoni, is a top notch guy. This company has excellent customer service, is incredibly responsive, and stayed true to everything they said they would deliver. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our decisions.Once they started the work, they tore up our old damaged roof and had a new one installed within the day. Their cleanup work was also excellent - not a single nail, shingle or anything left anywhere.I would highly recommend this company.

Top Notch Customer Service/QualityI can not recommend this team enough! Boris and Samuel were extremely helpful and attentive in working with us through our process making several visits to our home to review the process and meet with the insurance adjuster to ensure we were 100% comfortable in what we were getting and how the process would go. The team arrived early in the morning and were finished before 6 pm the same day whereas you wouldn’t have known they were ever there. Every contractor was extremely courteous with the roofing team working in sync with each other as a true team. Boris stopped in the afternoon to check in and when things were wrapped up Boris and Samuel made yet another visit to have us look at the roof to ensure we were 100% satisfied.
