I bought shingles to reroof my house.The good:* Friendly, knowledgeable service* One of the few places you can find Malarkey shingles* Large selection of take-home samples* Very reasonable delivery fee.* I'm a homeowner, not a repeat-customer contractor, but I was still treated as a valued customer.Could be better:* When I brought in returns, they said they had my credit card on file and would post back to it. When I checked my statement and found no credit, I had to make another trip there to give my info since they didn't actually have it.* First shipment didn't have enough shingles. They arranged another shipment in a couple days, but that time the truck cracked my driveway.* Someone in the back kept using vulgar language when I was in the store on several occasions.

They have overnight parking it’s on a Main Street so it’s a bunch of places to eat . 10 mins from downtown Grand Rapids and the unload you fast

Bad service the deliver my shingles a week late and all drip edge was damaged call the 4 times and never get a respond back also the delay on shingles cause a roof leak on the house that I ended losing the the job and have a claim on my insurance

I've walked into other building supply places and never even got a hello b/c I wasn't the big fish contractor. Not here... absolutely blown away with friendly immediate counter help from Adam, Marc and Allen. Great prices, knowledge and CHEAP delivery fee! Bought Sure Nail Owens Corning Shingles/supplies. Get treated right- come here first!

Horrible service. I’ve done so much business with this company in the past and just started to try them out again after everyone quit there. Had a delivery to Dorr today on a Pole Barn and the only reason I used them was to roof top the shingles seeing the walls are 16’ high. They put them on the ground so I now need to hire someone else to put them up there. On top of that the delivery was 4 hours late so we couldn’t get anything started today. Next time I’ll go to ABC.

Unprofessional! I came home to my driveway completely blocked by a Wimsatt truck. They moved when I asked them: I went in and asked my husband if they had come to the door to let us know. He said, “no” I have been home now for 30 minutes wanted to go to dinner and could not as they had me blocked in. Have courtesy of neighbors when you do block driveways. Park in front of the property you are serving.

They came into my garage without permission months after a siding company did our siding, stole unknown amounts of materials out of our garage and damaged a bunch of insulation by throwing it on the ground in water and oil

They charge a processing fee for paying with a credit card and they also charge a 15% restocking fee for returns even though you bring the product back.
