My house needs new roof and the chimney needs some fix. I thought it will take us a long time to find a trustworthy roof company who give reasonable quotes and deliver quality work.After meeting Dominic from Roof Advance, I know my search can come to an end. He showed us lots of pictures after inspecting the roof. He explained to us which part are still good and which part has problem with solution. Then we got several quotes for different options. They didn't try to sell me any add-on service and no hidden fee.They updated me by text/phone call with pictures and explanation, when I was not there on the installation day. Dominic and his whole team are amazingly efficient with great communication.My new roof and fixed chimney looks great. We had a great experience with Roof Advance. Jakob, the owner accommodated my schedule, came out and gave an estimate for a roof and gutter replacement. He was honest, transparent and price was great for the service they provided. Jakob and Mario were available throughout the whole process for other questions we had. I highly recommend this company! The workers are very talented craftsman. We have a large roof, It is a ranch style, duplex with several unusual additions and they completed the job in a day and a half! That included tear off two layers, overlay the old roof with new OSB, and covering that with new shingles. It also included installation of several roof vents removal of an old chimney and the addition of gutter guards and vented soffit around the entire perimeter. An amazing amount of work and the project was done flawlessly! After the cleanup one could hardly tell, there was ever a job of this magnatude completed here! Kudos to the entire crew on a job well done!!!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Roof Advance. Jakob presented my options clearly, and didn't pressure me to choose the most expensive. In fact, he said I did not need something I thought I might need and would have gladly paid for. Hector and the crew did a great job with my roof--in one day. My house is more than 100 years old, with some rot and things out of square, so they had to do a lot of problem-solving on the fly. The clean-up, as others have said, was excellent. A few days later, the gutters were installed. I hardly ever write reviews, but in this case, I felt the need in order to show my appreciation for the outstanding roof replacement work Roof Advance did on our house. They were true professionals, because they arrived just before 8am and totally completed the job just before 6pm.Keep in mind, they not only tore down the old, existing shingles, but they also had to replace nearly 19 plywood boards due to the water damage. The one thing that really stood out was the cleanup. They honestly left my house looking cleaner than when they first arrived.They worked like a fine tuned machine and they truly worked their butts off as I watched from my security cameras. I'm really glad that my neighbor had referred me to Roof Advance (Philip), because he had his roof replaced last year and I was impressed with their work.
