The gutters on my pole barn were iced up and falling down, I was referred to Jim at The Gutter Doctor. He came out the day I called him even though the weather was horrible. He secured what he could and planned to come out within the next few days to finish up. We had a lot of rain and melted snow and we had terrible flooding - I reached out to Jim to tell him about the situation and he and his crew still came out and completed the job! We talked about him rehanging the bent gutter but to my surprise they replaced the bent gutter at no extra charge!! He was very kind & knowledgeable and his crew did a wonderful job! Truthfully deserving of ZERO stars!!Jim Jackson (The Gutter Doctor Plus) removed our gutter covers (which he himself had previously installed) in preparation for a new roof. Roof was completed July 2, and Jim finally returned to reinstall the gutter covers on August 25-26th. The reinstallation was done substandard, with many areas needing additional work. Jim acknowledged this when I met with him on September 7 to go over these areas, and he told me he would return to finish the job properly. He has refused to come back, however, and repeated texts, phone calls, and emails go unanswered. In addition, his attitude towards me, the customer, has been appalling and condescending. Don't make the mistake of using this contractor! He is not a man of his word and if there are any problems with the job, don't count on Jim to come back and fix them!

I consulted with him when he came to my house to look at the water damage and my eaves troughs and downspouts, and he helped me with a plan and was kind and generous, and very respectful and caring for me and my property! As a general contractor I will always use The Gutter Doctor from here on out. His gutters look fantastic and perform even better. I initially wanted to go with a roofer whom I worked with before, but after being quoted a rate higher than I thought was possible, I gave Jim a call. I called to get a quote—he said he would be right over—waited all day….this guy is the most impatient, unprofessional and discourteous person I have ever encountered. I would NEVER use him for any work…period. If you need gutter work done you are better off with anyone else. After his tirade directed at me and flying explicative(s) I would say he has serious anger issues. He completely lost his mind after I told him I did not want roof hangers or anything attached to the roof. That was it. NEVER AGAIN.
