Our cleaning experience was not the best. We put in the square footage, bathrooms and bedrooms of our home and after being in our home for 5 minutes, the cleaner flopped onto our couch and called to up our rate with someone at the main office. We had picked up, made beds, cleared all surfaces, and have no pets. The floor and counters were wiped but the end of the cleaning service, but anything that required more than a surface wipe remained. Others seemed to have a better experience but our house was not overly clean and the rate was adjusted that day, which as we priced out a number of companies based on square footage, bathrooms, and bedrooms felt a bit like a bait and switch. The overall quality was disappointing - they did reach out after and likely would have resolved the quality issues, but we wanted to look elsewhere at this point anyway.

Sparkling Homes did not disappoint! Sierra and Krista were punctual, friendly, and efficient, and left my home so clean that it even impressed my kids! :) They organized my daughter’s massive set of stuffed animals, and made her space nice and cozy. My son loved his nice, clean room so much that he deemed it necessary to create a set of rules for his room so no one messes it up. 😆 Every surface in the home is spotless - floors, counters, mirrors, showers, even the work table that I expected they’d have to skip. First of all we hire local independent companies, We hired because they were happy to come for a one time cleaning and we had Allie who came with a smile and a wonderful attitude also showed up on time she left our house as clean as it was when we bought it as a model home, couldn't be happier with the work and pricing was fair.
