Challenging Roof Grade NOT a problem for this crew.Thank you Troy and Rob and the crew of OC Exteriors.Beyond grateful to the wonderful staff for my new roof and gutter guards.When the insurance company denied my claim. Troy and Rob handled it with ease and grace. They have sublime knowledge with the insurance company and got both my home roof and unattached garage completely covered. The insurance company was going to drop me. Stating my roof was installed improperly.After speaking with Rob....I had insurance again and a new roof fully functional and paid in full.These guys are the best and most professional contractors!!! Steve and his team are top notch!!! Our insurance company did what insurance companies do and tried to deny our claim, don’t get me started, anyway… Steve went to bat for us and next thing you know we have a new roof!Steve is very professional and helpful. He walked us through the whole process and made it pain free!The installation crew rocked!! Very friendly and FAST!!! During installation a huge storm came out of nowhere, we’re talking crazy, heavy rain, but these guys didn’t flinch! They scrambled to make sure everything was safe and covered to prevent damage from the rain. Once the rain passed they finished our roof and it looks awesome! They did siding, roof replacement and gutters on our house. They worked to keep us satisfied and some issues that came up, they fixed no questions asked. Overall did a very good job at a decent price and a very good warranty. It doesnt cost anything for a qoute and tell them i recommended you.

I have been waiting months for our repair to be done. They have been out once and haven't come back after multiple attempts to have them fix it!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
