We recently had a new water heater installed by Professional Mechanical Services. Brandon and James were the technicians who did the installation. They were very professional and did a great job. They deserve every star available!While waiting for the new system to be delivered, they got some parts to get the old ones working so we didn't have to completely shut down the business. They also tested our water quality and we were thrilled to learn that our equipment is working great! We can't wait for the next phase in water treatment! Thanks, guys!

Brandon was very helpful and I liked that he did a complete check of all my plumbing issues.The instal of my new tub faucet was done by Andy and the new copper pipes and shut off valves were done by Tyler.Both young men did a terrific job and explanation of everything done and clean up!I will keep this number in my phone!Thank you so much for great service.

What a wonderful experience with the installation of our new boiler. James and Jesse were so kind and professional. They worked so well together to take out the old and install the new. They transformed our cold basement into their own little workshop, listened to some good music and made their magic happen. Within a few hours our house was all cleaned up, boiler installed, cast iron radiators vented, and the house starting to get toasty warm.These guys work so well together and are as nice as they come. Tony G was awesome in the diagnosis of our furnace issue and in determining what options we had to get it corrected. This could have quickly turned into a dangerous carbon monoxide situation for our family and pets. Super friendly and great communication.Tim R and Robert W were out the next morning and did a full removal of our old unit and seamlessly installed a new one in just a few hours. With the forecast calling for the coldest temps of the year arriving in a day or so, their attention and focus to getting the job done and done right was very reassuring. The crew was very friendly and did an outstanding job explaining everything. The cleanup was great and by the time they were gone only footprints in the snow remained.5 out of 5.

Our technician, Matt, From professional mechanical services, Was very…well, “Professional”. He seemed to understand and short order exactly what we needed in order to install a water softener and whole house filter in our home. We had our own hardware and softener, But we’re Advised to use their signature brand new unit. It was a bit more than we expected so considering.

They have most parts in stock and were able to help us right away. My Furnace just recently lost heat, and it was 48 degrees in my house, when I woke up. Unfortunately it was 7 degrees outside too. I knew this was bad. Fortunately, for me… this company was super fast to send someone out to help, the same day.The first technician Ryan R, had arrived. He was very polite and communicative the whole time he was here. He found out what the problem was, less than 2 minutes of looking at my furnace. He went to his van, and unfortunately he didn’t have the right part to replace. Which is totally understandable! He ordered the correct part right away. Unfortunately that part was too far to drive to, before that company closed, since this was later In The afternoon.The part was going to be available right away in the morning anyways. Though, Ryan was still determined to get me that part, that same day. Ryan drove to another place about 20 minutes away, but unfortunately it was still the wrong part. But it still shows that Ryan really values his job, and does everything he can to solve any clients home problems.The next morning, another technician, named Josh A had arrived. He came with the part, that was ordered the previous day. Josh was very quick to repair the part. I was currently at work while he was at my home. Josh had called me, to let me know everything was up to par!I had a few space heaters running, for a temporary solution. While I was on the phone with Josh , he respectfully helped me turn them off. Since, I didn’t want them running for the next 8 hours- while I’m at work.Overall, This company had been easy to work with, and very efficient. There was no mess left behind. Very respectful workers. Thank you!

Amazing company! We had an emergency plumbing issue and called Sunday morning and they were able to get here within a couple hours! We needed our gas fireplace repaired. Ryan came out and diagnosed it and found a faulty gas valve was the culprit. He had to order it, which took a while, but came back out and replaced it and tuned everything up and our fireplace is working great again. The reps we talked to along the way were very professional and kept us informed of our service times and work status. And Ryan was great to work with, very informative in explaining the process and work needed, and did a great job! Thank you!

During this extremely cold period ( 01-15-24 ) our 3 yr old New Yorker Boiler was not producing efficiently for all rooms.Professional Mechanical Services did an outstanding job installing the unit previously and after my recent call into Troy / Big Lake, his response was superb.Even at the height of a very busy time, his support was very quick, efficient and professional. We recently had Professional Mechanical Services out to exhaust our microwave to the outside. Amazing service! They send text alerts when they are on their way along with a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. Everything went extremely smooth and the quality of work was top notch!
