Amazing company, amazing guy and an amazing deck. What could I say, we couldn't be happier with our deck build by BlackBeard. They did an amazing job on the deck and matching patio underneath. The entire process went smooth and he was very easy to talk to. There were no hidden fees and he got the job done fast! However fast did not compromise quality. I haven't found a single thing wrong with the deck or patio, they are both outstanding. Its the first complement we get when anyone comes over. Not only are our new deck, siding, and gutters of the highest quality and craftsmanship at a reasonable price, but when an unforseeable circumstance that was no fault of BlackBeard's threatened to delay the project, the crew went above and beyond to make our deck sound and usable for a family gathering and then came back to finish the job perfectly, repeating a good portion of the work. I’ve used BlackBeard on 2 separate occasions. The first was hail storm damage on my roof and siding 1 month before we were selling our house. BlackBeard was able to get everything completed before we put the house on the market and it turned out wonderfully. Neighbors of mine were waiting months on end to get their roofs fixed. The second time was putting gutters on our new home. I got 3 separate quotes and then called BlackBeard. They came in very competitively priced and Brent and his team had the gutters on within days! The gutter match turned out perfect with the house and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the speed at which it got completed. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future work on my home!

Brent and is crew(s) did an excellent job on our exterior renovation to include: Windows,siding,soffits,facia,gutters,window wraps, and garage doors. Helpful suggestions and input in general. Crew(s) were very skilled and took care of any minor unforeseen issues as needed. 6 months later Blackbeard did a hail damage claim to include roof and some facia replacement. The Blackbeard crew did an incredible job working in mid November's terrible conditions. It was snowing lightly every day and they were at work promptly at 8 a.m. every day for 6 days. They replaced the decking on the original framework with high end Trex materials, including led lighting in the step risers . However it required a lot of modifications to the original framework to accommodate the accent borders on a more complex geographic pattern. The result is truly a work of art. Brent, the owner, was a delight to work with - very personable and professional - in addition to having the lowest bid by far of two other Trex Platinum builders. Goodbye to staining every two years. Very very happy customer.

The repairs were done super quick (not waiting months like some of our neighbors). We had one piece of siding that shifted through the winter and when we called, the crew was out the next day to fix it.
