Neumann Construction were wonderful to work with from the initial claims process through the roof installation. They completed installing shingles on my entire roof in one day, doing a very neat job with great protection of shrubbery and lawn along with cleaning up nicely after the job was completed. In addition, they did all the paperwork with the insurance company, which made it easy for me. A special thanks to Mark and Jerry for their great service. Neumann Construction was everything I could’ve hoped for from the first day. Mark was very helpful, answered all my numerous questions and was always available. The office staff was always helpful.The crew completed my roof, replacing shingles, removing and sealing up two skylights and replacing the third in one day. A special thanks to Condor, who went above and beyond to make my experience a comfortable one.They were all very conscientious of my property and yard, protecting and tarping everything.The cleanup was amazing. My neighbor said if he hadn’t seen them arrive he never would have known anyone had ever been there after they left.Except they left behind a very nice new roof. The roof looks wonderful and I would certainly highly recommend Neumann for any of your roofing needs.

Well. If your looking to replace your roof and have it professionally done. I highly recommend Neumann construction to do the job. Talk about knowing their job, getting it done in a timely manner, making sure to pick up all garbage and nails. They made many passes with their magnet thing all over our yard. Did both roofs in 1 day. Awesome job. No question on the quality of work done. 👌 on point.

In October 2019, I had my roof replaced & ridge vent instead of turbines . When I returned to the cabinIn May of 2020 I had two leaks. Not big but they were leaks I called Nueman Construction; Sev Told me someone would come out & inspect it & get it fixed. NEVER happened.I waited & called back in a few months. Some man said the warranty was not valid anymore because the company had a new owner??? Wt?I would not recommend this Roofing Company to anyone that doesn’t live here year round…. They are not men of honor or will not correct poor quality work. I paid A LOT $$$I will hire another company to repair the poor job they did & NEVER Recommend them to ANYONE ♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌹🌹🌹🌹Service: Roof installation

I live in a town home with an association of three homes. After another business that I have used for construction work in the past could not do the work, they recommended Neumann Construction for my roof repair and replacement. Within a day after reaching out to Neumann, Severin Neumann responded and was out within a few days to look at our project. He gave us a detailed quote within four days. They allowed us the extra time needed to contact all association members to get their approval.After accepting the quote, Neumann set a date to complete the repair work before winter set in. They completed the work and we did not receive an invoice. Five months later and after winter they called to set up a time to complete the rest of the quoted work.They showed up when they said they would. The work crew was fantastic. They worked hard and answered all of my questions while they worked. They cleaned up the worksite each evening and after the job was complete.The roof looks great and they completed everything that they said they would.I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others need construction services.Thanks Neumann Construction for a job well done!

The crew arrived early and worked a long, hard day in the hot sun. We were amazed that they completed our project in one day, and in fact worked extra hard to finish before our little kids' bedtime.Severin is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I live in the Twin Cities and own a small cabin in the Brainerd lakes area. It is difficult to find a contractor when you can't rely on friends or family for a recommendation. I found Neumann Construction online and gave them a call. Within minutes they returned my call and provided a quote for my roof within a week. Their estimate was the cheapest of the three I collected - which gave me pause. I believe you get what you pay for.I went with Neumann Construction because they were so responsive to my questions. The provided me with a timeline and kept me updated as the date approached. They texted questions/updates while they were onsite at my cabin.When I returned to my cabin I had a new roof! If it wasn't for the new roof I would have no idea they were there. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Within days of the job being completed, I received an invoice. To my surprise, the invoice matched the estimate!I wish I could give the guys from Neumann Construction an elbow bump, but I don't even know what they look like. The entire project was conducted over the phone and email. I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did. Very professional. They returned calls promptly and showed up on time. We had some pretty bad problems with our roof, so they squeezed us in the schedule on a Saturday to get it re-roofed and re-shingled prior to the winter snow. Great customer service. They came back to replace some trim that was damaged during the process that I wasn't even aware of, but they took care of it promptly. Neumann Construction was hired to repair three trusses that were damaged from a large tree branch and replace the entire asphalt shingle roof. They were honest about their backlog, but showed up to provide a bid when they said they would.At the start of work, they were delayed by only a few days, but communicated with me each day to let me know their progress and the new estimated day of arrival. I very much appreciate their willingness to keep me informed. I know it is impossible to predict the wea ther delays for this kind of work, but they did great.Once work started, they worked quickly and kept the site clean. All workers were respectful of my property. When they were finished and gone, you could not even tell they had been there. The final invoice was slightly less than what was quoted, which was great. He was able to come out quickly and look at the leak in our roof. He did a quick fix for us to keep the rain out and made sure we understood the repair would only last a little while.
