We had hail damage to our roof in August of 2022. We worked with multiple roofing companies since that time and we were not successful in getting a claim approved for a new roof. The problem we had was that our insurance company would cover only the valley metal and roof vents, but not shingles. Our existing roof was 15 years old and the Timberline shingles used in 2008 were no longer available. We continued looking for a solution between our insurance company and different roofing companies for 18 months. The roofing contractors all agreed replacing only the valley metal could not be done without damaging the existing shingles, they were too brittle.Luckily, in September of 2023 I called Max at Solaris and he told me they work with a Public Adjuster for roof claims and they found this to work best, so we started down the road with Solaris and a public adjuster. I had never heard of a public adjuster, but now am a big fan due to the results they achieved for us. In fact, the insurance company’s “tone” changed right away; they became helpful.Within a very short amount of time, our insurance company approved our claim to replace the whole roof and even our gutters. What a difference with Solaris and their public adjuster involved! It was a very stressful 18 months prior to that time because we were not making any progress, but that all changed once Solaris got involved. We would recommend Solaris to anyone needing a roof, gutters, or siding.

Working with Max Seeger from Solaris was such a smooth process from start to finish. The roofing crew worked super hard up until dark to finish my roof, then came back and did a great job cleaning up. My new roof looks beautiful! I will be contacting Solaris when it is time to get new siding on my house.

In August of this year my roof was damaged by a hailstorm. I made the decision to go with Solaris and Andy assisted me every step of the way and did a great job in working with the insurance company, I was ready to give up after several weeks and Andy had a Plan B which led to the resolution of my claim. Andy was always ready to answer my questions and I commend him for his perseverance. Solaris and their employee Andy was the best home repair decision I made this year. Working with Solaris was an absolute pleasure. We were referred to Solaris by our insurance company when we were looking into getting our roof replaced due to a hailstorm in 2021. I remember talking to Max on the phone and thinking, "Wow. This guy is willing to stay on the phone with me for as long as I want in order to answer ALL my questions." This was very important to me, as I generally ask a lot of questions and it showed his knowledge and his core values.Long story short, we decided to wait on putting in a claim that year, but after a hailstorm in 2022, we called him back out and ended up submitting to insurance, getting approved for roof and siding.Martin and Lalo (two of the guys who worked on our roof and did the siding) were quick and efficient. Erik, the owner, also visited a couple of times to see how things were going and was very personable.All of these guys were extremely hard working, easy to contact, easy to talk to, and were very professional. We would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

Good experience with Solaris. From dealing with my insurance company to removing the old shingles and installation, they did a great job. The Solaris rep. Dan Huonder was friendly and made sure before he left (he was there all day and was the last to leave) that I was happy with the job. The crew showed up on time, we’re friendly, did a very professional job and cleaned up in about 10-11 hours and not one plant around the house was damaged. All the materials were name brand. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who needs a roofing job.

I worked with Andy Gensch on my new roof project. Andy was awesome! We had a hail storm in May of 2022 so I call Solaris. Andy came out and took great pictures. He was able to show the insurance company specific issues caused by hail. Andy worked with the insurance company to assess the damage, get and approve the estimate, help me pick out the new shingles (they look great!) get the shingles replaced in one day, and coordinate final payment from insurance. I highly recommend Andy and Solaris! Max made the process easy, handled pretty much everything with the insurance adjuster, and got everything done surprisingly quick (especially considering supply issues so many places are still facing). I should add that I had this done a year ago. My roof is still beautiful. They even helped when we had a problem with a leak from my skylight this spring. I think they were short a guy the day they did my roof and it took ALL damn day. Those guys worked hard until until it was literally dark outside so they could get it all done. What a crew! When it's time for new siding, I'll be giving Solaris a call.

After a severe hailstorm came through our area we had no less the a dozen roofing contractors come to our door. We chose to work with Solaris based on the recommendation of neighbors and were not disappointed. We worked directly with Max who made the process quick and easy. After the roof was completed, Erik came by to verify the quality of the work as well as the quality of the cleanup process and both exceeded my expectations. The company has a personal feel that made them comfortable to work with. I had Aaron check my roof for damage after a recent hail storm.Prior to his visit, my HOA and another roofing company also had inspected it and supposedly found multiple hits requiring a roof replacement.Aaron accurately and honestly reported NO damage and added that no insurance adjuster would find any different...which is exactly what transpired as I unfortunately had already submitted an insurance claim requiring an adjuster inspection.Aaron was willing to forego profit to be ethical.I will only use this company for any future roofing need.

After the hail assaulted the many roofs in our community, aide showed up in the form of Max Steeger who works with the Solaris Companies. He helped get though the insurance stuff, make certain the materials were on site and the crew was ready to get up on the rooftop early. They worked steadily and efficiently until the job was completed. They also did a great job with the clean up even taking care the many flower beds near the house were not damaged. I had a small leak from a vent stack that needed fixing as well as a roof that seemed like it was nearing the end. Within a few hours of putting in a request to get both looked at, I was able to make an appointment for the next day with Carter. Erik and Max and the team came out to our house to update our eves and soffits. They were an outdated brown and we needed them white. The team did an excellent job and the eves and soffits look great. They did a great job explaining what was to be done and then carried through on all that was promised. They did an excellent job cleaning up and did no damage during the job even though they were working in precarious places. They did a final walk through to show me the excellent job they did. We contacted Solaris Roofing less than 2 weeks ago and we already have a new roof installed. The response was awesome! We had a ton of questions and they were all answered. They were able to fit us in right away and get the work down. The roof was done quickly - way quicker than we expected and looks great! We were concerned about clean up since we have a dog and wanted to make sure there were no nails in the yard but they did an amazing job - the yard looked like no one had touched it. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone needing roofing work done!
