I did a lot of research and decided on The Roof Guys. They are local and did a very good job. Did a walk through at completion to ensure we were happy. When we had a question about whether our vent could have been causing am issue with our dryer heating, they came out right away in the winter to ensure the vent screen wasn't causing an issue and would fix free of charge if it was. Great customer service and quality!

These folks deserve more than 5 stars. Our ceiling began to drip on Christmas night. Though I called a dozen or so numbers to try to get someone out on an emergency, I didn't have any luck.The next morning, I woke up to a message from The Roof Guys - the only one to return my call. Diana was awesome to communicate with and was able to get Jayme out same day.Jamey did a fast, excellent job at a fair price. In addition, he took time to educate us about our options without pressuring us into a specific direction. He also took plenty of photos to show us the problems and how he had fixed them.We'll be looking into replacing the roof within the next year and The Roof Guys will be the ones I call.

Let me begin with Amber, our roof inspector from The Roof Guys. She is the real deal. She was able to find and demonstrate to our insurance inspector enough damage to convince our insurance company to pay for a complete roof replacement. I had a roofing contractor out to my house a few months prior to The Roof Guys after some summer storms. The other contractor was unable to find any damage from the storms. Almost 7 months later, with no storms in between, Amber and my insurance inspector were up on my roof for close to an hour in 90° weather, and she got the job done. Total roof replacement. From there, she walked us through everything - laying out the procedure in detail, explaining how the insurance process worked, coordinating delivery of the shingles and materials, pulling the required city permits, and several site visits during the job. The roofing crew was on time, and professional, and finished the job on time as well. The final project is beautiful, and we are very happy with it. About a week later, the city inspector called to confirm with us that the job was done. She told my wife that based on the pictures from The Roof Guys (taken throughout the project), that they "did a really good job," and commented on various details about the roof work that impressed her. I had never heard of The Roof Guys before this, but I am a "super fan" now. I have learned that Amber is a former insurance adjuster, and knows the insurance side of the equation, which I believe was the key to convincing my insurance company that they needed to replace my roof. I learned that she had worked with the inspector from my insurance company in the past, and I believe her credibility with that inspector helped get the job done. She's the real deal. I totally recommend the Roof Guys for your roof repair and/or replacement. Paul, their representative, thoroughly explained their estimate line by line, totally explained the work that was to be done and how long it would take and kept me informed on the time line. He really made me feel good about choosing them to do my project. The work crew arrived as scheduled and the work was done in one day. They cleaned up the area and I was told that I might find some nails etc, I only found 3 nails. Great job. I especially liked their attention to detail. They did a great cleanup job; the patio and deck were left cleaner than before they came. The roofers placed no ladder against the gutters; rather they put the ladder on the gable and placed a large foam cushion between the ladder and the gable to avoid any damage. Nice detail. I recently bought a house and I needed the old roof shingles removed and and new roof done. Paul was not only professional but, his crew was fast and proficient. It was all done in 1 day. Wow!!! We had hail damage on our new roof. The insurance company gave us very little to work with. My husband and I called several roofing companies to do the work and they all told us that the insurance company wouldn`t budge on giving more to do the job, so they all declined. Then we called the Roof Guys. They not only worked with us, but put a new roof on in just a couple of weeks. The workers were fantastic!! The Roof Guys helped me out when a home inspector said I had damaged roof trusses. The Roof Guys replaced my roof 3 years prior due to hail damage so I called them for help. Even though they had no obligation to assist, Jayme came out the next day a did a pro bono inspection and gave me a letter stating there was no defect. I needed this letter to meet a contingency and I was able to complete the sale. I can't say enough good things about this company. They stand behind their work. Due to high winds I lost part of my roof and some damage to my siding. The Roof Guys came out right away, assessed the damage. They were able to cover the damage with a tarp to eliminate any additional problems. They came out to walk through the project with my insurance company and I received approval for the full roof and damaged siding.The roof options were emailed to me and the roof was completed quickly and professionally.Here is where my frustration comes in (this is why I rated them at at 4). Up to this point it was my assumption they would manage the project for roofing and siding. They helped find the existing siding to match the current product and walked through with the insurance adjuster. I then received an email they had handed off the siding to another company. This new company tells me they are booked out until next spring.Why didn't the Roof Guys tell me they would not be completing the work for the siding since they managed all of the matching of the siding. Why didn't they hand off the siding project as soon as they had the information instead of waiting until the roof was completed? I could have had the siding completed this fall had they not waited.Did they do a good job on my roof? Absolutely. Did they do it quickly? Absolutely. Would I refer them to anyone - yes.But the full disclosure on the siding being handed off and waiting to do so frustrated me.Service: Roof installation

Hope Church, Apple Valley, MNRoof Guys stopped in to make us aware of shingle damage, and do an inspection. Based on that, we opened a claim and set up a visit from our insurance Adjuster. Geordie Wilson did a walk through with the adjuster, not pressuring but being sure he was informed about the findings. Our insurer gave a full replacement judgment, and Geordie and his team walked us efficiently through the process: setting dates, choice of product, carefully informing the work and explaining the billing. Of all the contractors that came through after the storm last year, I chose the company called, The Roof Guys, they were by far, more professional and courteous and also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The workmanship along with there honesty, from all the sales and estimate reps to the contractors doing the work, terrific job. No complaints. Best in the business. A few storms had passed through my neighborhood in the past 4 days. I noticed a leak coming from the attack. I searched around online and called quite a few roofing companies. Jamey was considerably more professional and knowledgeable than the anyone else I had talked with. Turned out that my roof actually needed replacing, and to my surprise, Jamey was able to work directly with my insurance company and got the entire replacement paid for! Not only that, the work was exceptional. It looks absolutely beautiful! I only have to pay the deductible which I was more than fine with. Go Roof Guys!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Roof Guys/Jamey and EricThese guys are the full package!!! First off, I really don’t like dealing with contractors due to some terrible experiences I’ve had. The Roof Guys have restored my faith in both contractors and businessmen. Jamey came out the same day we called, they assessed the damage and the next day had emergency flashing installed at no charge to prevent further weather damage. They always answered or returned our calls, were always on time, and were polite and extremely professional. Everything was completed in two weeks from when we called them but they didn’t just simply walk away but remained a helpful and professional resource with our siding and gutter damage. They even helped with the siding insurance adjuster. They sold a beautiful product that improved the overall appearance of our home, Owens Corning Duration Shingles. We now have the nicest roof in the neighborhood! If I had to describe my imagined perfect contractor experience, I would have been describing The Roof Guys.

This company was great to work with. An associate came out and assessed the damage quickly and work directly with our insurance company to make it a smooth process. They kept us in the loop without over explaining things and were quick to respond to texts or voicemails if we had questions. The roof guys came over to roof our 2 outbuildings. We thought since they were small, it’s be an easy job for them. We were so wrong. The previous owners of our home had 5 roofs over our backyard studio. Yep. 5. They had to tear out each nail by hand and it turned into a 2 day job.Due to the unexpected multiple layers of shingles, the side of our studio’s roof with skylights looked kind of rough. We emailed the roof guys with our feedback and a couple days later, the owner himself called us to find a solution to rectify it. I heartily recommend The Roof Guys and the basis for that is they were able to professionally deal with a challenging and demanding homeowner like me as we navigated initial rejection and later appeal with my insurance.The owner (Jamey) was available for me directly- through phone calls, text messages, and in person. He was immediately credible and knowledgeable in his first visit and maintained that level of personal delivery and ensured it from his crew throughout the process from inspection, insurance submission, interacting with the adjuster, selecting new materials, installation, and a free follow up a year later.The Roof Guys allowed me to select a Class IV product line and the specified underlayment I wanted but not one they typically carried. They installed in a single day and were very thorough on clean up.
