Not only did they explain options and the pros and cons of each one in a way I could understand, they are also very reasonably priced. Tyler and his crew are amazing and on time every time I have called for there services. Very friendly and customer first service. Had a leaking ice dam at. Our house, called Buermann's outdoor and they were able to fit us in to their schedule quickly. They did a great job and it didn't kill my bank account. I would definitely recommend them if you ever get an ice dam.Service: Water & moisture control services

Tyler removed snow and ice dams from my house rooftop. I noticed water leaks on a Sunday, was able to connect with Tyler that day and he arrived the following day to remove the snow and ice. My sister and I had many questions about the process of ice removal which Tyler took the time to explain to us. I had a patio installed last summer. They didn't put in an expansion joint between my house and a 16x36 foot slab. The cement was literally attached to my house foundation. They refused to look at it until I contacted them with legal action. Then they were more than happy to fix it. Now this summer I need to have the slab torn out and install another one. My yard will again be torn up, and I will have to re-do the landscaping I fixed from the extensive holes and ruts they made installing last summer. I don't understand all of these good reviews. I'd suggest to micro-manage these people. I didn't and paying for it with a summer full of extra work and inconvenience.
