This company is top notch!! Originally my insurance company said there was nothing wrong with my roof. Meschke met them on-site a second time and I ended up getting a new roof. The customer service is some of the best I have experienced. The team that came to do the roof were some of the hardest workers I have ever witnessed. They were very professional and respectful to my home and yard. I would recommend Meschke to anyone and will use them for any project going forward.

We had our roof replaced by Meschke Construction after a hail storm 2 years ago. Recently, we had a leak which made the insulation damp and the plywood was also damp in our attic. The water leaked through our bathroom vents also. We contacted Meschke and they found the roof vent was leaking, repaired it plus they painted around the ceiling fan vents in our bathrooms.In order to get to the point where they repaired and replaced parts, we had another contractor come in to take a look at exactly what was going on. The contractor we paid told us the damage in our attic was due to a roof leak and should be covered under warranty.We contacted Meschke and they did repairs to prevent further damage, but they did not do any other repairs to replace the wet insulation or damp plywood. The damage to the plywood and insulation were because of the roof leak and they said their responsibility was to fix the leak and that was it. They said that they were fixing the ceiling damage around the bathroom vents and that was going over and above what they would usually do.The contractor Meschke sent out was great. He did exactly what he was supposed to do as far as repairs that Meschke approved.He did a great job.I have an issue with the fact that the damages associated with the leak were not fully repaired and think if there’s a roof leak and there are damages caused by that leak, everything damaged by the roof leak should be repaired by the contractor.

Mathew Meschke, came to my home and asked I he could inspect my roof for hail damage because a very severe storm had been in this area a few months earlier and several of my neighbors had needed to file insurance claims to get their roofs repaired. I didn’t think that I had any roof damage, and I wasn’t interested but Mathew was so professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind that I finally agreed that he and I would go up on my roof and inspect it together. Once we were on the roof Mathew showed me that my roof did in fact have hail damage and that his company Meschke Construction, would help me with my insurance claim and all the necessary repairs. I asked many questions because I had never filed an insurance claim for a major repair to my home and I had heard horror stories of companies taking advantage of customers. But every concern I brought up Mathew addressed and put me at ease. So, I signed an agreement with Meschke Construction (that I could back out of in the first three days if I changed my mind) and Mathew assured me that if the insurance company did not honor my claim that I did not have to honor this contract or move forward with these repairs at this time and this contract with Meschke Construction for my homes hail damage repair would be voided.Then Mathew helped me schedule an appointment with my Farmers insurance adjuster and when the adjuster came to my home Mathew was with me and the adjuster and the adjuster did in fact find hail damage and wrote up a claim for my roof to be repaired.Mathew then introduced me to the other people at Meschke Construction who would be responsible for the various processes to get my claim repairs completed, for example he introduced me to Jason who would be a liaison, between me, Meschke Construction, and Farmers Insurance, Jake and Greg who oversaw the crew scheduling and Luke who was the general manager.The whole team at Meschke Construction including Brandon, Katie and even Michael, who oversees estimates, helped me through the process on getting my repairs done by keeping me informed, following through and addressing weather issues insurance glitches when they arose while still working to ensure that my repairs were completed at the highest quality.Now to date all the repairs to my home have been completed and the insurance claim paid, for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair
