Ben was very kind, respectful and easy to work with. Fast response time in getting a quote. He answered all of my strange questions without batting an eye. He was right on time for the job. Pricing is straightforward with no surprises. He made sure that all vents were covered and closed, worked one by one. I had my vents cleaned on a subzero day and because he uses portable duct vacuum and not a truck mounted unit, I didn't have to worry about losing all of the heat in the house. He made sure to ask if I would be working from home while he was there. Very happy.

Ben was great to work with! We needed our dryer vent cleaned ASAP, as a single load of laundry was taking up to three hours to dry. Our dryer vents out the roof of our two story home. Because of the snow and ice on our roof (it was January), it was a challenge to find someone who was willing to do the job. I called Ben and explained the situation. He was at my house within three hours and was able to access and clean the vent through the attic. Our dryer works great again! He was very professional to work with and I would highly recommend him.

We had Ben out to clean our dryer vent in the past. We were very pleased with his work; so, of course, we contacted him when we needed the service again. After he was finished, he suggested that he could clean our AC, if we ever needed it. With summer approaching, we asked him to do it that same day and thank goodness we did. I posted on Facebook asking for a referral, and Ben Roberts (Roberts Air Duct Cleaning) was overwhelmingly the most recommend. So I decided to go with him. Ben was friendly and thorough. He showed my three year old all the stuff he was doing, and let him “help out”. He was great 😊 He took pics of our ducts, and explained the whole process for me. My daughter’s allergies have been so much better since having this service done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ben was very professional, gave a detailed description of every step of the process for cleaning our ducts, dryer vent and furnace. He worked clean and took several steps to be safe during the pandemic, including mask, shoe covers and maintaining space between us. My first time ever writing a google review, but outstanding service I received from Ben deserves to be recognized. Over the past 20 years, I have had my ducts cleaned from time to time but the depth of cleaning and the thorough attention to very nook and cranny that Ben provided this time was impressive and dramatically superior to any service I had gotten before. I didn't realize what I wasn't getting before. My previous frugal efforts left me with a cheap "blow and go" service that did not effectively clean the ducts and vents. Frankly, the pictures Ben took and the first hand visuals I saw were shocking and the post cleaning effectiveness was awesome. Ben left no vent unturned and made sure his efforts were thorough and complete. I feel great about the cleaner air my family is now breathing.

After reading so many recommendations for Roberts Air Duct cleaning on Facebook, I decided to reach out. After ten years in our home with a dog, I figured it couldn’t hurt and maybe I wouldn’t have to dust so much anymore. Ben gave me a fair estimate for what seemed like so much(cleaning all vents, registers, AC coil, furnace and dryer vents). He also told me when the best time would be for doing the cleaning- wasn’t pushy or trying to get me to have him out right away. I made an appointment and he reached out a week in advance to remind me. When he came (right on time), he had state of the art equipment and I knew we’d chosen wisely. He did incredible work- I was truly embarrassed when I saw what he cleaned. He gave me before and after photos, sanitized everything when he was finished and cleaned up after himself . It smelled like a whole new house just hours later. He went above and beyond by cleaning my air exchanger and recommending specific furnace filters that would work better than the ones we had. I’m thrilled we went with Roberts Air Duct Cleaners and would recommend him to anyone in heart beat.

Our new clothes dryer stopped drying, we clean our lint trap with each load, but the dryer kept stopping and saying duct was blocked. We called Ben and he came out, same day and cleaned our dryer vent. The amount of stuff that came out was awful. Thank goodness we never had a fire. He was thorough checking our entire system.
