Tyther Contracting is top notch. I was so impressed with the customer service all through the roof installation. We had suffered storm and hail damage. Pat from Tyther came out and met with our insurance adjuster to show what was damaged. Roy then helped me pick out our roof color. Our roof installation was scheduled. Hunter was our project manager and was well...top notch. The roofing crew did a great job and the roof looks great. The clean up was also impressive. All the roof tear off was cleaned up. And after the roof was installed. The roof crew and then Hunter ran a magnet around the house to make sure no nails were left on the lawn. I don't often write reviews. However, this job was so well done both in quality of work and customer service I wanted to give Tyther my thoughts on a job well done!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Tyther Contracting is the way to go when you need replacement of anything after a storm. I reached out to tyther after a storm swept through our area, and they were all so responsive. Pat, Roy, and Hunter, and roofing installers were outstanding to work with. They worked with our insurance adjuster 2 different times to get us approved for full roof replacement. They didn't give up on me and my home. The roof replacement maybe took a total of 5-6 hrs and I couldn't be more happier with the quality of the work!! The friendly people at Tyther were very responsive and helpful through the entire process of having our roof inspected and repaired. We had a relatively time sensitive situation and even though they were very busy like all roofing contractors, they took care of our issue quickly. The gentleman who did the work was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained everything very well. No one wants to have roof trouble, but if you do, these are the professional you'll want to work with! Had an excellent experience with Tyther replacing our roof after storm damage. One of their reps stopped by after a storm and asked to schedule an inspection. They helped guide us with filing the claim and worked with our insurance adjuster through the process. Their project manager kept in contact with us and kept us up to date on progress even when we didn't keep in contact with them.They went above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend them to friends and family without a doubt!

I called Tyther when my 87 year old mother-in-law had another company estimate hail damage on her roof and the insurance company came back with an offer to cover less than half of the repairs. Roy and Pat from Tyther called back arranged a convenient time to come out and take a closer look when I was available. They were very thorough and terrific guys to work with. They met with the insurance company several times over the next weeks and in the end, were able to work out a solution that covered the entire cost of a new roof minus deductible through the insurance company. Through the entire estimating process, I was kept up to date and appreciated their honest approach and candor.Once the approval was in place, I worked with Dan who scheduled the job. He explained the timing and entire process thoroughly which allowed me time to prepare what we needed to do to minimize any inconvenience the day of the job. He explained that they would likely finish the entire job in a single day.The afternoon before the job, just as scheduled, the company delivered the roll away for the scrap, and right on time the next morning Hunter and his crew went right to work. Hunter was in contact with me while I was at work, letting me know how the job was progressing and checking in as any questions came up. They finished up the job in a single day as promised, did a thorough cleanup of the site and explained the details of the job, the 10 year warranty and the process of removal of the roll away.All in all, the roof looks great. They did quality work, used quality materials and made the entire process as clean and easy as possible.I was thrilled with all of the folks I had the pleasure to work with at Tyther and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They handled all of the details and kept us informed throughout the entire process.Thanks Tyther. Great Job!

We were selling our home but we had a roof and siding claim to take care of the storm and hail damage. We had to close by a specific date and the siding distributors were really behind on delivering the material, and I was 90% we weren’t going to close and lose the buyers.John Z from Tyther and his crew worked extra hours to get the siding from another job that was not as urgent. The Sales rep amd team were outstanding. They clearly explained the process and facilitated an assessment of our roof with our insurance adjuster. The sales team quickly responded to the needed information, in regards to the cost of our roof replacement and required documentation. The project manager met our timeline for our roof replacement and was very accommodating and professional. The manager was very quick to return phone calls and answer all of our questions. He was onsite during the replacement of our roof to direct the crew and assure craftmanship. The crew was very courteous, timely, and worked diligently. We rate this company with 5 stars.

Tyther Contracting is a first class operation! They've done multiple jobs for Robbinsdale Women's Center including siding, gutters, and stone work on two of our buildings. Tim has all the answers to our many questions about siding, etc. Everyone responds quickly when I contact them. And Dan who oversees the projects is amazing. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn't wait for me to call, but contacts me frequently with updates and schedules. I wish all businesses were this professional.

We have assisted Tyther on multiple rebuild projects over the past years. Based on our knowledge in dealing with other contractors and the industry standard I am open to say Tyther is not the standard. Tyther is the unicorn or gold pot at the end of a rainbow. Tyther does the craziest of things such as answer the phones and respond to emails within a timely fashion. If you want to be ignored this is not the company for you!
