Joe and his crew re-roofed our 32'x24' cabin and 38x28' 2-story garage (with dormers). The quote was reasonable compared to two other local bids. The scheduling was quick and the work was done on time. Joe was responsive to a follow-up that verified all the work was complete and the ground cleaned up. He went "above & beyond" by replacing a gutter run that had only minor dents from a ladder. We could have easily lived with the condition as it was not pulled away from the roof line nor leaking. Joe insisted on the replacement at his cost. If I had another project he would be my first and only call.Service: Roof installation

Billings was great to work with. Joe was very helpful dealing with insurance company when a tree fell on our house. They did the emergency temporary repairs and made weather tight until they could start. Joe did a great job getting all the repairs approved by the adjuster. A few years ago, my neighbor had Billings put on a new roof. Our house is taller so I could see their work from above and having worked in the trades myself, I couldn’t help but peek.. I was impressed by the conscientiousness and attention to detail of their crew, so much so that I hired them to do my house a year later. Highly, highly recommend!! Joe and his crew are amazing! They work with your insurance company to get the job done and are so professional and easy to work with! Joe is easy to get in touch with and makes you feel like your job is the only one he is working on. We now have 3 other neighbors on our road hiring them to replace their roofs after the past spring and summer hailstorms in Hermantown did serious damage this year. Our whole roof was replaced in one 12 hour day for the crew and they were so friendly! The clean up was beyond anything I ever imagined. They put all the deck/patio furniture back exactly as it was, swept, had a magnet rake to pick up any metal, etc, my yard and roof look so much better than they did yesterday. Thank you Billings!! Joe was great to work with from beginning to end. Insurance adjuster called same day I put the claim in and told me he could be at the house in 2 hours. I informed joe and he was there in 2 hours to meet the adjuster and spent a lot of time with him on the roof. Follow up and communication was great! His team of guys worked super hard even in some of the hot days we had. Cleaned up great! Definitely recommend.
