Thank goodness for Dryco! Unfortunately, we have needed their services three times over the last 6 years. They are always quick to respond, show up on time, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, provide quality work. Recently we had a leaking roof and they not only provided remediation services but also were able to restore and fix our roof and the inside room. We were unable to find a roofer on our own and they stepped up and went above and beyond to fix and take care of everything. When an insurance adjuster needed to come out last minute, they made sure to be there to answer her questions and provide the information she needed. All the guys that have worked on our projects have been polite, friendly and always clean up after themselves. They communicate well and I have always felt like I knew what was going on and what would be happening next.Bottom line. If you have water damage there is only one call to make: Dryco. I hope to not need their services again but I am confident that if I do, they will take care of everything.

Dryco repaired damage to my house caused by extreme snow loads on my roof. Repairs included replacement of trusses, roofing materials, and sheetrock. All employees and subcontractors were highly professional. They always had the knowledge, tools, and supplies to get the job done and on time.

Dryco was very good at their work to remove mold in our bedroom and kitchen. They not only completed all the work but did more than what was required! The kitchen flooring was affected more than we could originally see and they rebuilt the flooring with wood cut right on site! Working with Dryco has been a wonderful experience!A leak in the attic caused my bedroom ceiling to fall onto the floor!!! Dryco was great at explaining the mitigation work and insurance process; they answered all of my many questions; they were quick and responsive when I had follow up questions; and their work has been fantastic. They also helped me identify an additional leak which helped catch the mold before it got out of control.I highly recommend them!!! This has been an extremely stressful time, and working with Dryco has really helped make it all manageable.

He was happy to answer all my questions regarding the cleaning products and mold/mildew removing products they use. Following a heavy rain, I had water in my lower level family room. I called Dryco, told them about the water issue and that I had started to remediate with a submersible sump pump. I was concerned about the water under the flooring and the potential for mold to develop. We scheduled a time for them to come out later that day. They assessed the situation, let me know what their recommendation was, and then scheduled the work for the following day. They let me know when they were coming out and also if they were running late. All the people I worked with were pleasant and professional. I used their services previously and will again.

The work was done quickly and extremely well. The person who did the work was very kind and did an excellent job with the demo and mold treatment. Also a better price than other quotes I received. My sump pump failed on a Sunday flooding my basement. We called Dryco, and Dameon was at our house within an hour of the call evaluating the situation. He then came back with his co- worker and starting the process of drying out the basement- which included our bedroom, family room and laundry room. Dameon also gave me the name of a company that could replace my sump pump and they also came quickly and did that job. Within 3 days my basement was totally dry and my carpets were saved! DryCo completed a high quality water damage repair in our home. Quite simply, we can’t even tell it’s there. They worked with us on details. The first response to damage control after the leak was very quick and averted a much bigger repair. While the follow-on appointments for repairs seemed to have long wait times between them, I’m aware of the current labor market and won’t chalk it up to a lack of interest in our relatively small job.Bottom line, highly recommended. While I hope I won’t need them again, I’ll call them first if I do!
