Loyear is great. They treated our wall/ceiling damaged by the bathroom water leak. They thoughtful and kept the baseboard trim for me so that the repair team can re-use them. The price is reasonable also. My insurance actually funded me more than what they charged and they let me keep the extra. They said they only charge what they had worked on. After a broken water main, we had 6" of water in our entire basement. Our insurance recommended another restoration company, and it was a disaster. They did not remove the water, let wet textiles in the basement and garage for months, and didn't show up to work. After we fired them, I found Loyear Restoration, and they were heaven-sent. Karin came out immediately to take a look, then the owner John also came out. They swung into action and were there with a team every day with smiles on their faces. It was a complicated job with a huge loss of personal property. They were so kind and considerate, reassuring me that everything would be cared for. I really can't say enough good things about Loyear. If you have a disaster, they are the people you want to look after you. They did an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT JOB!! We brought our rectangle 7’x10’ area rug to them to be made into an oval rug. They cut it to an oval and then bound the edges. Their workmanship is top-of-the-line! The price is very reasonable! Service is friendly and prompt! I cannot say enogh about this company. The technician that came to my house was awesome. He was on time, very professional and did such a great job on my tile. When we built this house the contractor and his crew never came back to do any clean up. The grout was so horrible. It was embarrassing. Now the grout and tile looks beautiful. I set up an appointment for having my carpets cleaned at our lake home. They arrived on time, cleaned all our carpets and moved all furniture. The carpets look like new. When they were done, they moved everything back too.I highly recommend Loyear Cleaning. They do a fantastic job.

We had an empty house that was vandalized and had been used by squatters. Loyear Disaster Restoration Service did an exceptional clean-up job making the house livable once again! Striped the house of all debris and carpeting and even got rid of the awful animal smells. Work crews are friendly, very respectful, and the manager works with you!! I contacted This business a few weeks ago via phone & sent them info via email along with pictures to do an estimate on a rental home in Duluth. I spoke to the operations manager Joanne & after sending emails, information, I received No reply. This was very frustrating for me as the home was an insurance claim. At this time, I took My business elsewhere. The operations manager told me she lived in the area of the home at some point in time & a few houses never mowed their lawn, etc. it’s not a professional way of doing business to gossip about neighborhoods when your a restoration service.

We had a fire that created a lot of smoke damage in one of our rental cabins. It happened on the Saturday of Labor day week end and we were able to get ahold of them that day. They got the mess cleaned up, cleaned the walls, ceiling, curtains & drapes, furniture, beds, blankets & spreads, dishes and everything else. They got rid of the smoke smell and had it smelling and looking like new in less than a week. We had the cabin back on the rental market in less than a week with a minimal loss of rentals.

Horrible customer service. While replacing flooring, we had found more water was very upset. So we called Service Master to finish the work. Found 3 other rooms to be affected by the water that Loyear had said were dry. Service Master said if they would have use proper equipment and done a thorough job Loyear would have found it right away.
