Northern Trends helped with my build-out for my business. They were so top notch that we decided to have them help with our house project as well. We had received bids from other companies during the business build-out, but I felt like we were getting ripped off, over quoted, and not much attention to get within our budget. I worked with Jamie at Northern Trends and he was able to break down what we needed, what we could do ourselves, some other suggestions to get us within our business loan budget. It was this transparency that built trust. They did really quality work. So we sourced them again for a major exterior overhaul. Same type of attention to detail and forthcoming about everything we wanted to do. Also made some excellent suggestions of how to do it to leave room for some of our ideas for the future. Northern Trends have done a number of projects on just about all of our neighbor's houses and not one of them has had a bad thing to review about their projects. Timely. Honest. High quality. We love having this option in our community. Appreciate you guys!

Northern Trends is the design/builder for you if you are looking for the highest quality workmanship, honesty, and people who care about your goals as a priority. They keep their commitments on cost and show up when they say they will. They are friendly and sincere and bring creativity to solve problems or design challenges. Great integrated design work too. If you hire them, the design work is included.Big or small projects get the same attention and professional approach. They leave the building site clean during and after construction. This is the best team I have ever worked with. You should trust your project with Northern Trends!

Don't hire this company! Last fall we called Northern Trends because of a leaking roof. They sent their guy that looked at it and then we heard nothing. Until the several hundred dollar bill came. Even though no-one in the household heard anything they claimed that they told us an estimate that was okayed, and came on a day when we were not home. Without giving us a notice. It should be added that they never asked to come inside to see the inside of the roof, nor did they go up on the roof and check it. We did not want to cause too much inconvenience so we paid the bill and were glad, thinking that at least the roof was fixed. Now, when it rains, we have the same leak and I am in doubt that they were ever here to fix it. When we called them again to ask if they would guarantee their work they don't seem interested in helping. So we are gonna get help from somewhere else. And I recommend everyone else to do the same.

Worst company ever. Did more damage in there work, then had to fix it. 6-7 week job took them 6 months. And lots of repairs for 5he next construction company that came in to do more work.
