We found Jon through the NextDoor app down here in Hernando Fl. They responded quickly to our inquiry and setup an appointment within one day of the initial contact to discuss the project. Jon's review and estimate of the scope of work was reasonable so we engaged him for the project. Jon was able to start within a couple of days of our meeting. The project to remove a custom built Murphy bed and cabinets and repurpose the cabinets was more challenging that what we initially thought. Jon completed the project in a timely matter and stuck to his word regarding the estimate and in fact provided some additional work that we didn't discuss at the onset. I'd strongly recommend Jon to anyone who needs a skill honest contractor.

Jon built our home in Two Harbors. I can't recommend him enough!! When my husband died during the building phase. Jon stepped up and helped me make decisions to finish the project. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained confusing processes and took personal interest in creating a beautifully finished house. He has been available for my many questions since. i could never have done this without him and his team!

Found Jon through the Nextdoor app, he came out to review our project that we were needing done, dropdown attic stairs in our garage. He showed up as promised, very personable and professional. Although he was not able to do this project for us (because the entry hole was only 20.5” wide, and the trusses were not spaced properly either for him to work with). He gave us his honest opinion and did not try to sell us something that we did not need. I will most definitely contact him again when we have another project we need help with.

Northwoods Custom Builders did a family room addition on our home that included a wood burning open fireplace and a full attached screen porch. Jon, Patti and their crew were outstanding to work with! Jon’s knowledge in building from design to quality craftsmanship is nothing shy of top notch. Their communication is great and they are always open and honest about pricing. It was obvious they worked hard to keep the project on budget and there were no surprises. The crew is friendly, polite and kept the building site clean at all times. The project was completed right on schedule. Our addition is beautiful and our favorite area of the house to be in!
